Welcome to our year round 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, with High speed secure wireless internet and unlimited long distance (in the USA and Canada), located in Meadow Ridge condominiums. We have a spectacular panoramic view of Berthoud Pass north past Byers Peak, from the deck and living room. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing and nearby Rocky Mountain Park in the spring, summer and fall.
In the winter enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and the near by sledding/tubing hill. Part of the rental package includes Meadow Ridge clubhouse. The clubhouse has an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tubs, tennis courts, indoor racquetball/basketball courts, fitness center, sauna and a laundry facility (you need the quarters to feed the machines). We are minutes from the Winter Park ski area and you can catch the free lift bus just outside the condominium at the end of the parking lot.
Our condominium has been fully remodeled and redecorated in a mountain décor. It has new windows that keep out the drafts, Perigo wood floors in the kitchen, hall and baths (that make spills easy and quick to clean up) and new carpeting. Both bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures and mountain theme hardware. We have added extra lighting to the bedrooms and livingroom to brighten those dark winter nights.
Our unit has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters and sink, all new appliances, place settings for 12, microwave, and all new non-stick pots and pans. It sleeps 6-8 with a king bed in the master bedroom; a double/twin bunk and twin bed in the second bedroom; a queen sleeper sofa. There are mounted TV/DVD players in both bedrooms and a flat screen TV with a VCR/DVD player in the living room above the rock, wood burning, fireplace.
We have a computer work center for those who cannot leave work at home. We provide a selection of books and games for your enjoyment.

We enjoyed are stay. Nice and easy right on the bus route for winter park. We had 3 teenage boys for a 16th birthday ski and fun weekend. They had a blast boarding all day dropped off right in front of the condo and soak all the bumps and bruises away in the community outdoor heated pool and hot tubes. We will be back and recommending to anyone we here might be going up there.

Thank you so much for making such a warm and comfortable condo. My family had a wonderful time. We have some very special memories to take back to Australia with us. The kids absolutely loved skiing and loved playing in the pool afterward. Your mountain home is very warm and welcoming and it had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed making waffles and roasting marshmallows in the fire. It was just a perfect holiday for all of us.
