Newly renovated and decorated Fort Myers Beach Place is a wonderful beach rental property located just 30 steps from the beach! We are on the beach side of Estero Blvd. making us a perfect location for your beach get away. We are on the wider stretch of Fort Myers Beach which means peaceful and tranquil surroudings. We are offering specials for Summer 2011 visitors. Please contact us for details and availabilty.
We are a group of 3 very private 2 bedroom beach rentals - all have undergone extensive renovations which include: New Italian Tile Floors!, New Bathrooms!, New Kitchens!, and New Living Room Furniture!. These units are decorated to make your stay pleasant and extremely enjoyable. Pull out sleepers in our units allow up to 6 guests.
Each unit has one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds, sleepers can accomodate 1-2 extra guests. Bedrooms have been completey re-modeled with new linens, bed spreads, and new pillows. Living rooms come with all amenities including Brand New Flat Screen Color TVs, Cable, DVD players, and Stereos with CD players. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. Our kitchens are also completely renovated and come with comfortable eat in areas. We have made our place perfect for you. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are also available on a first come first serve basis.
We are located in a quiet neighborhood away from the traffic noise and crowds which are common in many area locations. We are very close to supermarkets, general shopping, and the town center, but far enough away to feel you are truly in a tropical paradise.
30 steps away from your beautiful apartment you will enjoy gorgeous sunny days on a truly spectacular beach and unbelievable sunsets you'll never get tired of watching. Lay on the beach during the day and watch the world go by. Watch the Dolphins play in the water as the sun sets creating a beautiful ending to a perfect day.

I stayed at the Flamingo House, on beach access 11 for a couple weeks this month 6/.2011 I really enjoyed my stay . It was clean,well supplied with beach chairs , dishes etc,all comforts of home they even a playpin for my gbabie. The place had a big beach that is a Very small walk to get to I would guess around 5oo ft from the steps of the house to the water. Although you can't really see the ocean from the house ,which is a good thing for people with small hyper children,{they are not as tempted to run without you to the beach, } stiill it just take a few steps and you are there. And for those who like the privaicy of a beach ,, this is the place to be. I walked just across the street and got a ride on the bus to the the main beach time square , cost .50 cent . and was ther in just a few minets. The stores and fast food for kids , very handy,, well I could co on and on about all the great thngs . So I will just say ,it was reasonabily priced and worth it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Stayed there in May. Place was well maintained and clean as advertised. Great for my kids to go the beach. Would go there again. People handling reservation were honest and fair.
Recommended for:Pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I just returned from a great week in Ft. Myers. It was our first time there but definately not our last. This house was all we could ask for. We were not looking for anything fancy,but we did want a comfortable place to stay that was clean and near the beach. This location was excellent. Steps from the beach,very clean with all the necessary amenities. It is just a minute or two away from shopping, grocery stores,bank,drug stores,ect. Just three miles away from great places to eat out and more private than you would think. Definately plan on renting this house again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
