I forgot to state in my initial review that the condo was exactly as pictured! In fact, it was better! Also, we found that the owner was quite easy to get in contact with. Even when we could not initially get ahold of her she called us right back usually within the hour. Everything she said she was going to do paperwork wise, as well as keys etc... she did. She was terrific to work with!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful vacation here for 1 1/2 weeks in Sept 2011. It was perfect for us and perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter. The beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was beautiful with nice appliances and it had everything we needed (altho' knives could use sharpening.) There was lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed the balcony and the amazingly beautiful views of the ocean and the dolphins every morning. Perfect place for our morning coffee! We loved the indoor pool since it rained quite a few days. It was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation for our family and we will be back. We highly recommend this condo for all types of families! It's truly suited for a very laid back, easy-going vacation. We just loved it!! Thanks Joan.

Not as pictured also the rate indicted was not the rate charged - The best thing we found was that the view was just beauiful. Also very hard to get in contact with owner.
Owner response:Absolutly as pictured, we took those pictures in the unit not more than two years ago and nothing has changed. Fees are subject to change and only went up slightly. Rental rates are now accurate. We offer two contact phone numbers and an email address we guarantee prompt response.
