Just up the hill from the Lodge at Pebble Beach, this wonderful two-story, four bedroom, four full bathroom home in Pebble Beach is located within the private, picturesque 17-Mile Drive. (NOTE: ALL ROOMS HAVE OCEAN VIEWS) The main level of this typical Monterey-style home consists of the spacious living room, large dining room, breakfast/sitting area, updated kitchen, half bathroom, one guest bedroom with pull-out sofa sleeper and laundry room. You'll find the master bedroom complete with master bathroom and a second guest bedroom, also with its' own private bathroom on the upper level. The fourth guest room, with its' private bathroom, is located in a charming, detached, guest cottage (perfect for guests' who desire extra privacy). The outside living areas consist of two garden courtyards, two second level balconies (one with ocean views from the two bedrooms and the other with peaceful forest views), two-tiered deck off of the main level living area - complete with unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views!
