Sandfiddler Cottage, has 2500 square feet of luxury appointed living area. With over 1500 square feet of well equipped decks which face east and west, you can watch the magic of sun rise and sun set from the comfort of your deck chair. Terrific Ocean,Lake, and Sound views. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, with no highway's to cross to get to the beach, which is only a 5 minute walk from Sandfiddler.
You can watch the sunset with cocktails from the private hot tub on the upper deck. Relax beside your own private (heated) pool with a large deck equipped with lounge chairs, picnic table, and barbecue. Large concrete drive with covered lighted parking for multiple vehicles and an enclosed lighted dry entry is provided for your convenience.
Three master bedrooms with private baths and two bedrooms with a shared bath. Bedding includes one king, two queens, two singles, one single with trundle, and one double. BED LINEN IS INCLUDED IN MID, IN, AND PRIME SEASONS. Pets are allowed, SORRY, NO SMOKING. All three masters offer direct access to the spacious decks.
The cathedral ceilings in the great room provide an open and airy feeling. The great room is well equipped with large screen TV,VCR,Casette Deck,DVD Player, and Sony surround sound system. Cable and system provide a wide variety of viewing options. A 350+ video tape library and book library is also provided. A fully equipped kitchen,for the chef, off of the great room is a pleasure to use when preparing meals for a large gang. Their is also a breakfast bar and a covered screened porch, with table and chairs.
This well appointed home with Lakefront fenced private pool is only a short walk to the wide uncrowded beach. A tennis court and a community pool in addition to the private pool is available. Sandfiddler is equipped with Seven TVs, Five VCRs/DVD's, Telephones and Clock Radios in every bedroom plus an answering machine on the breakfast bar. New game room for 2007 with air hockey, foosball, microwave, ice maker, refrigerator.
Nearby you will find sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, outdoor activities, surf and charter boat fishing, plus a ferry boat system for trips to other islands. Come to the Outer Banks and enjoy the unspoiled beauty and uncrowded beaches on Hatteras Island. Hope to see you at the beach!
