We spent a total of two weeks in Maui. We searched extensively prior to our trip and were fortunate to have discovered this Gem! Brian & Michele have a beautiful condo. The grounds are impeccable, the environment wonderful. The amenities that the condo has, served the four of us (Two Couples) very well. The "Extras" such as all the beach equipment, Scuba Gear, Umbrellas, Chairs, etc were an added bonus. The rooms and layout were excellent. The bathrooms spacious. The facility/property is well maintained, the staff are very friendly. Check in, although an odd after hour’s process was easy to complete. There are plenty of restaurants near by. A drug store (Longs, great deal on almost everything), Grocery store (3 of them), theatres, etc. You will not find much that is not immediately available to you. I/We would recommend a vehicle when you are there. Seeing the island at your pace versus that of a tour guide/excursions was better appreciated by our group and I am sure yours. The airport is a brief 20 minutes away. There is also a Costco right beside the airport. I/We believe that the location in the southern middle of the island is the best vantage point for daily excursions. Be sure to go to the Aquarium, Snorkel trip to Malokini, Take the road to Hana. But if you choose not to do anything and want to save your pennies, I would recommend and almost insist that you treat yourself to "Mama's Fish House". It is a little East of Paia, and just the most spectacular restaurant I have ever been in. The food, the ambiance, the view........OUTSTANDING. Make a reservation, and this will be a little more than a few pennies to experience. I/We are convinced that you will not be making a mistake by searching no further and choosing this location. You will never find better hosts or a better facility. The visit we had was tremendous. Mahalo, Brian and Michele, our 25th Anniversary will always be a highlight because of what we were fortunate enough to discover your beautiful residence!

First rate accommodation and a wonderful location

My family has just returned form a stay in Maui Kamaole unit D205 for 10 days - it was our first visit to the islands and the occasion was my son's wedding. Needless to say I was anxious that all would go well. Prior to our trip Brian happily answered all of my many questions very promptly both by email and phone. Upon arrival at the condo we were very pleased, the unit was exactly as described, well laid out and very clean, it had everything pot/pan and utensil we could possibly need. The personal artwork touches made it feel like a home. The added bonus of all the beach gear to use was much appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and it was a pleasure to walk through them to visit the two pools. We had family staying in other condos who did not have all these amenties at their disposal even though they paid the same if not more for their rental. The location of the condo was perfect for us, right accross from Kam III beach and literally just a couple of minutes into Wailea which is where the wedding took place. It is also close to so many restaurants and shops that was very convenient for all our needs. We ate at Spago's at the Four Season's for the wedding dinner - the food was simply amazing, but perhaps not a pratical choice if you are watching your food budget. In Kihei we ate at Stella Blues and Cafe Ole both of which we loved. We also ate at Fred's Mexican which was a fun night. I would also recommend Dukes in Ka'anapali where we had a lovely group dinner. Don't miss activities would be snorkeling in Molokini & Turtle Town - we took the Triolgy Catamaran tour which was great as it's a small number of people and lots of personal attention. We also went up to Haleakala crater which has to be one of the best things I've ever done in my life. We also loved visiting Iao State Park - a very magical place. We also enjoyed the Ocean Centre and visiting Lahaina and seeing the Banyan Tree. All in all this was the best vacation our family has ever had and we are already planning to come back. I would recommend this unit without question to anyone planning to visit Maui. So Mahalo Brian for the use of your lovely condo - I truly think I left my heart there! Deb, Rick & Hayley

We stayed in maui kamole for 9 days in March with 5 other families and have to say this unit by far was the best. From the large screen Tvs to the furnishings no others compared. The bonus of scuba gear to chairs and coolers made us feel like home. Thank you Brian for all your tips.

We stayed in D-205 from April 14-21st, 2008. We had a wonderful time there with my husband and three boys ages 12, 9 and 21months. The condo had everything that we could possibly need, down to the PS2 gaming system and the GRACO Pack n Play crib for my toddler. We even got a chance to meet one of the owner Brain! He came by to say hi and to see if we needed anything and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and things to do while in Maui. We hope to make it back to Maui soon and will come back to stay in any of Brians condos. Mahalo! Liz Barnes

What a wonderful place!! We had a fantastic family vacation. First the condo itself was very well furnished and nicely decorated: the beds were so comfortable! After all, you are on vacation to rest - and we were very well rested. The photos on the wall were so nice and the decor was relaxing. We NEVER heard our neighbors. Although you only see a sliver of ocean, it's still a great garden view - and beautiful at sunset. All the vacation kitchen necessities were there - we made wonderful meals together and used the blender for lots of smoothies. The furniture was great with plenty of storage and the TV was great to watch movies at night and play video games. Bathrooms were wonderful. All the beach gear was a real bonus - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and great snorkel gear. The grounds were impeccable, beautiful greenery and flowers everywhere and the condo office staff were top notch. We used the BBQ grills by the pools every other day. I booked two other condos in this complex for other family members and all have told me they loved this place. It was worth every penny to stay here - especially THIS condo. Our next stay on Maui will be here!

Just back and have to say how much we loved D205. Everything was exactly as described - perhaps better. The kitchen was perfectly stocked (we ate in nearly every meal), and the boogey boards, chairs, umbrellas, snorkels gear, kids beach toys and giant beach towels were so greatly appreciated. We met other people who had to buy these things. The location is great for exploring and checking out lots of different beaches. Thanks - we loved and hope to return soon.

We just returned from a 1 week stay at Brian and Michelle's condo. We had a wonderful time. We sat out on the lanai for breakfast every morning. Their condo was more than you could ask for... beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with kitchen and beach supplies. My son especially loved the playstation! We look forward to staying at one of your condos in the future. Thank you!

We spent a week at this wonderful condo. We can't say enough good things about the place. Great furnishings, tvs, and everything for the beach. The property has two great pools and hot tubs.The owner even called us to make sure it was all OK. I give it a 10 and we will return-hopefully soon. Thanks
