Beautiful, private, 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bath home with heated pool and private fenced yard! This is a spacious home with high ceilings, ceiling fans, tons of windows and french doors to let in the Florida sun!

This is a newer home located in a nice clean tree-lined residential area of Merritt Island, Florida, just a few minutes to Cocoa Beach attractions and the beach! You will just love the private fenced yard, with the large screened in heated pool. The pool is large and is set up to play volleyball!

The house has a King bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and one twin in the third bedroom. It has a full eat-in kitchen, living room, family room, Pool Table, Electronic Dart Game, Air Hockey game, two-car garage, built-in security system, DVD player, stereo system that and the pool area and much more.

The screen covered in-ground heated pool is positioned right outside the family room, as well as a backyard grassy play area beyond the pool area. The screened patio contains comfortable patio furniture and a barbecue grill. This home has a split bedroom floor plan, so the master bedroom is across the house from the other two bedrooms. Master bath includes a big tub big enough for 2!

In the winter months we highly recommend the optional pool heat. If you choose the optional pool heat we set the pool heater to 85 degrees.

The home is just 10 minutes to Cocoa Beach, 15 minutes to NASA/Kennedy Space Center, Space Port, Space Camp, and Astronaut Encounter, 40 minutes to Orlando airport, 45 minutes hour to the Orlando Attractions such as Disney World, Epcot, MGM, Universal Studios, Escape to Orlando, Sea World, Dolphin Encounter, Medieval Times, Wet n' Wild, Splendid China, and Church St. Station, 45 minutes to Daytona Beach, NASCAR, and Bike Week.

Just minutes to Port Canaveral, homeport for the cruise ships of Disney, Princess, Carnival, Premier, and the Big Red Boat. Six casino cruises daily, world-famous deep-sea fishing, Greyhound Racetrack, Historic Cocoa Village, world-famous Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, and five star restaurants are also close by. Beds: 1 King,
