This unit accommodates six people with a queen size bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bed linens and towels are included for your convenience. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The large living area or screened in lanai off the living room are two great places to relax at the end of a long day at the beach. A coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, and toaster are extra features of the kitchen. For those who like to collect sea shells you will find a shell shovel to use.

The advertised amenities were fairly accurate except for the laundry facilities. These were a shared situation with about 20 other occupants and you had to pay for them. It was not always convenient to do our laundry between 10:00 a.m. and noon on Monday morning. We had to contact the owner via email 3 times between May 1 and May 11 requesting our deposit back. We finally received a check from the owner on May 20 (50 days after our stay was completed.)
Recommended for:Age 55+.
