Inti villas of Exuma- This gracious boutique villa is a 2 bed 2.5 bath private villa overlooking the ocean on 100 feet of the Three Sisters Beach. It is an easy 2 minute stroll to the fine powder beach,a 10 mins drive from Moss Town airport and 35 mins from the heart of downtown. This 2 story classic plantation style "colonial" villa was just completed in March, 2010 and was built in circa 1920 style with an environmental sensitivity and artistic flare. It is perfect for a getaway spot and is an equally inviting space.

Inti is nestled in a seagrape grove, on a 30 foot sand dune amongst private homes and on the same ridge as Sandals, Grand isle and neighbouring Palms at Three Sisters Hotel.This affords one an opportunity to go to the activities and then retreat back home to your own private get-a-way.

We also kept the imprint on the villa small with 2000 sq. ft including verandahs.This property offers old world charm and modern conveniences and with as little impact on the environment as possible.

Inti sits immediately on 100 feet of fantastic beach which spands at least 3-4 miles. It is great for snorkelling and sunset strolls. The home comes completely equipped with a full kitchen, appliances, laundry facilities are upstairs for your convenience, bed and bath linen and all utilities are included in the rate.The gourmet kitchen is also open plan with a great wine cooler and you can enjoy the island's collection of Caribbean rums and Cuban cigars. It is also the hub of the house as is in your home.Local cuisine can also be prepared and cooked to order should you choose to spend the nite in and concierge service is available on early request for pre-arrival foodstore and supplies villa plenishment.

The open plan living and fireplace at Inti allows for an atmosphere of casual, barefoot elegance and the four verandas offers one the option of dining, lounging and easy living while overlooking the water.Every vista gives you a view of the sea.It is simply beautiful!.This is also a great spot to treat yourself to a private massage.

This 2 bedroom villa also boosts 15 foot ceilings,mahogany floors overlaid with seagrass mats, private baths, sitting areas, cedar lined closets, internet service and verandahs overlooking the water. The guest bedroom accomodates a beautiful four poster bamboo bed from Indonesia and the master bedroom has an in-room safe for your personal affects.All of the rooms are air conditioned and ceiling fans are on the verandahs.

This is a more relaxed home then most and even though there are card games,Dominoes and a variety of table games available you might find that you prefer to just relax and "exhale". The swap a book library is also there and you are free to bring along your favourite movie, dvd or cd.(set up soon to come.)

There is free on site parking at Inti as well.
