Inti villas of Exuma is a 2 bed 2.5 bath villa on 100 feet of ocean frontage.This 2 story villa was built in the style of circa 1920's and with an environmental sensitivity. It is on a 30 foot sand dune and nestled in a seagrape grove.We kept the imprint on the land small and the fauna natural.We built the villa in a traditional Bahamian colonial style with old world charm but modern conveniences and with as little impact on the environment as possible. We make it our practice to exercise sustainability to the extent possible. We currently offer solar hot water and soon to be solar electricity. We hope that you will help us to protect while you enjoy our natural resources as well.
The open plan living with fireplace at Inti also allows for an environment of casual elegance and the four verandas offer the options of dining, lounging and easy living while overlooking the water.You can choose to see whatever vista you prefer at whatever time of day...the sun rise or sunset, either way it is simply beautiful.
There are also many great things to do while on island, some of which include: shopping at the straw market,dining at local restaurants, bonefishing on the Exuma flats,golfing at Sandals,scuba diving, tours to stocking island and Exuma cays,the world famous sail boat regattas at Elizabeth harbour and the national water park system, swimming with the pigs, visting heritage and cultural places like the pompey statue and the hermitage.Inti is a great spot for private flyers to retreat to while island hopping, for those on private yachts at nearby marinas who would like land based accommodations while in Exuma and for families seeking quality time together (a roll-away bed can be arranged for a third child).It is a great respite for rest and relaxation/health and wellness and it is also close to Grand Isle's spa. Finally it is the perfect vista for film making, weddings and a quite get-a-way for honeymooners if you really want to know.

The option of dining at a number of restaurants and activity day passes are also avaialble at nearby Sandals which will be opening the same time we are in Jan, 2010.
