Renter beware: I was not given the room I paid for.

I booked a room in Beach Club through this owner (Bonnie) in mid-October. When I arrived the 1st weekend in December, we were told by the front desk that the carpet was filthy (even though we booked the room almost 2 months ago) and we'd be moved to a different room. The new room did not have a 2nd bedroom with 2 beds as we requested to accommodate 3 adults. Therefore, instead of being provided a 3 bedroom at the facility or a 2 bedroom with 3 beds at an equal quality facility that the owner had, we were moved to a lesser quality facility, which was this room, property #139889. When I reported my concerns to the owner, Bonnie, she said she was not aware of why the room was not clean and ready. She then refused to take ownership of this problem and stated I had not originally asked for 3 beds, which all my e-mails stated. She did agree the room we were moved to was not the same quality. She then told me how others who stayed in this room liked it. I told her I am not others and used to staying in a certain quality room (4-5 stars, not 3 stars like this room is). Her response... "sorry."
