This condominium has generously appointed furnishings reflecting the ambiance of it's surroundings and includes a partial ocean view from the living room. The complex includes one pool and three spas with one spa overlooking the ocean. A full gym is also on site. If you would like to hold a special gathering (parties, anniversaries, etc.),the on site clubhouse near pool is also available for rent. Golf on the Monarch Links Course (St. Regis) fees separate.

Driving Distances to Laguna Beach - 6 minutes, Disneyland (Anaheim) - 30 minutes, Sea World (San Diego) 70 minutes, John Wayne / Orange County Airport (SNA) 30 minutes.

$160(low).There is a $125 Cleaning Fee/wkly rental, Fee included in weekend/nt fee
There is a $250 refundable security deposit,refunded within 2 wks of departure
Check in time: 3:00 PM,  Check out time: 10:00 AM.
Weekly reservations will take priority over wknd /nt rentals.

And thank you for your prompt help in solving the bath curtain and A/C malfunctions. Your quick response made them insignificant considering the comfort and convenience the condo offer us while we enjoyed the Pageant of the Masters and the beach! We will try to do it again soon!   • Dear Dorthy and Neal Nancy and I again enjoyed the wonderful experience at the Dixon beach rental. Your upgrades with the TV in the master bedroom and the shower dispenser were nice touches.
