This condominium has generously appointed furnishings reflecting the ambiance of it's surroundings and includes a partial ocean view from the living room. The complex includes one pool and three spas with one spa overlooking the ocean. A full gym is also on site. If you would like to hold a special gathering (parties, anniversaries, etc.),the on site clubhouse near pool is also available for rent. Golf on the Monarch Links Course (St. Regis) fees separate. Driving Distances to Laguna Beach - 6 minutes, Disneyland (Anaheim) - 30 minutes, Sea World (San Diego) 70 minutes, John Wayne / Orange County Airport (SNA) 30 minutes.

There is a $250 refundable security deposit,refunded within 2 wks of departure
Check in time: 3:00 PM,  Check out time: 10:00 AM.
Weekly reservations will take priority over wknd /nt rentals.
