Situated on the famed Cold Mountain the house is just minutes away from Waynesville, a quaint little town with unique shops and eateries. A great place to gather with friends and family to relax and enjoy all that Western North Carolina has to offer. Large enough to celebrate a special event, the house sleeps 10-12 people.
You will love the large eat in kitchen that has an adjoining covered deck with gas grill. Extending from the covered deck is another deck that features more seating and a newly installed hot tub!
Curl up by the fire in the large great room featuring 16' cathedral ceilings with large wood beams while still enjoying the mountains from the floor to ceiling bay windows.
Four large bedrooms and 2 baths are located on the second floor. The master bedroom/bathroom is located on the first floor with a private view, king sized bed and jetted tub.
The house is located 30 miles from downtown Asheville and it's a 40 - 45 minute drive.
