Absolutely beautiful! Wonderful ocean and golf course views. Quiet & peaceful. Fully equipped with just about anything one could need. Amazingly large for a condo. Enjoyed staying there and will again in the future. Owners, Jerry and Barbara, are so nice they even arranged for a wheelchair prior to our visit. Be sure to visit the Clock Tower Hula Daddy coffee plantation. Chuck & Judy --- Rocklin, CA

After searching through many VRBO listings, I am so happy that we chose this particular unit. The location on the property is very private, safe and the unit is great because it is on the second floor, on the end which allows it to have a great wrap around advantage on the lanai. The Resort complex is well-maintained, pool and tennis courts nice, location very convenient. The owners have thought of everything for the renter to enjoy all the island activities--coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc. We spent many an evening just watching the sunset from the hammock swing--our favorite part of the condo. It is a good location from which to explore the island. We did choose to break up our two week Big Island vacation--one week on the Hilo side and one week on the Kona side. We felt that the driving times were reduced by doing it this way and got to see two completely different areas in a more relaxed manner. We are so glad to have avoided the crowded and noisy main drag/snag of Alii drive. Tho' fun to shop in, I wouldn't want my condo to be there.

I am fortunate enough to have stayed at this great Condo many times. My husband and I often take friends and family with us.Everone always leaves with a smile, fully rested, and their batteries fully recharged to take on life again when they return home. Our latest trip was a month ago and ths Condo looks just like the pictures you are seeing. If your a golfer, the Kona Country Club is a 5 minute drive away.Snorkling beaches are within walking distance. The gated complex has wonderful Tennis Courts and it's a 15 minute drive to downtown Kona. The Lanai on this Condo is right on the ocean and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The Condo has been beautifully outfitted and maintained by the attentive owner and has everything you will need to have an enjoyable stay.

My husband and I recently enjoyed 8 wonderful nights here and have been recommending this condo to all our friends and family. We will definitely stay here again. It is incredibly close to the water, with unbelievable 180 degree+ ocean views, and dramatic surf crashing on the lava rocks just a few feet away. The condo was extremely well maintained, clean, and outfitted with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Very convenient location to explore the island from, easy drive to airport & downtown Kona (though not walking distance if that's what you are looking for), right next to Kahalu'U beach where we had an amazing time snorkeling & saw several sea turtles. It is a beautiful, warm, relaxing space where you feel you are more outdoors than in. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!

We are a family of 4 (49, 47, 16 and 12) that enjoyed a wonderful 8 days stay at this condo. We were visiting the Big Island all the way from the other side of the globe where we currently reside (Israel). The apartment is located on the second floor of a 3 story building at the south west tip of the club away from the parking lot. This gives you 270 degrees views with the golf course to the south, the blue ocean to the west and the bays of Keauhou and Kailua-Kona to the north. It is very quiet and the only thing you’ll hear is the soothing sound of the breaking waves. The kitchen is very well equipped which allowed us to prepare quite a few meals and the wonderful views beat most of what you’ll get in any restaurant on the island. There is a nearby shopping center with a large supermarket and the center of Kailua-Kona, which has anything you might need, is only 20min away. Barbara and Jerry are very warm and helpful. They provided us with quite a few travel tips and recommendations and we enjoyed the books and guides we found in the living room. The wireless connection worked flawlessly which allowed us to remain connected with family and friends. Overall, we highly recommend this condo at this location regardless if you come just for R&R, for water related activities or if you also come for sightseeing, trekking and active sports. Most of the sites on the west coast are 30-50min away and the east coast (e. g., Volcanoes National Park and Hilo) is 2-2.5 hours away. We chose alternate days for the long drives and overall were able to cover most of the Island out of this location. Enjoy!

Barbara, thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We spent 7 wonderful days in your condo, but most of our time was actually ‘out of the condo’, eating or just relaxing on your gorgeous lanai. What a difficult choice, to look at the ocean, the lava coastline or the golf course! Our daughter monopolized the rope swing. Inside, the unit was beautifully furnished and stocked – and very comfortable. We used the coolers and beach towels for our snorkel/scuba and road adventures. The location of the condo is very private, quiet and spacious. It’s a few minutes south of town and most of the other resorts which were VERY close to one another, but within walking distance (take the road, not the shore) to the amazing snorkeling beach park just past the Outrigger Keauhou.. Your home is very easy to recommend, we’ll let you know when we are coming back!!

I can't imagine a better place to vacation than this condo at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. The location was amazing - right on the water with a huge wrap-around deck that afforded awesome sunsets every night. We love to got out to eat, but found ourselves many times just cooking in, because you couldn't ask for a better ocean and sunset view to dine by. And you got to fall asleep each night to the sound of the waves hitting the lava rock. It was such a peaceful setting. The condo was extremely clean, well furnished with lots of updates, and had everything you could possibly need. It was very near one of the beach parks and close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc. And for golfers, like my husband, he was heaven because it sits not only right on the water, but also on a golf course. It was a beautiful course to play, as it was right along the ocean. If we return to the big island, we would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to any of our friends.

We have stayed at the Keyes condo three times over the past 6 years. It is absolutely a perfect get-away, especially if you are a golfer. The wrap-around deck provides a stunning view of the ocean, Kailua County Club Golf Course and sunsets. You will go to sleep at nights with the sound of the ocean splashing upon the rocks just yards away. The condo is equipped with all the amenities you will every need including wi-fi, cooking appliances and utincils, washer and dryer, Hi-def TV, and sterio. It is beautifully decorated and has always been spotless upon our arrival. We have gone a couple times with four couples and also rented the unit next door. The unit is great for two couples, as each Has their own bedroom and bathroom and total privacy by closing the door in the connecting hallway. We usually eat about half our dinners in the condo and enjoy the beautiful setting on the patio. We have recommended the unit to four other couples, all of whom raved about the accomodations. You won't have any regrets with this unit.
