Just a short walk to the beach from this beautiful and tastefully decorated Condo, which is almost brand new and has all the comforts you would want for your vacation. High end stainless steel appliances complement the gorgeous kitchen which has everything you need already provided for your stay. Ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as central air conditioning will keep you comfortable. In addition, enjoy a nice, cozy gas fireplace for those cool evenings.
Queen-size beds in two of the great size bedroom and the third bedroom has full-size beds on top and bottom. There is also a rollaway single bed and a pullout full-size couch. Each room has a TV and a DVD or VCR for your enjoyment. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the large wraparound south facing balcony which also overlooks the outdoor pool. The unit is located in convenient midtown and is across from the OC convention center, so the beach is less crowded.
