Great Views of the beach and sunset from porch!
Our brand new three bedroom three and a half bath home is located in historic Inlet Beach. This home is located on the South Side of 30A which is the beach side. The beach is only a two minute short walk from the house. This area is known for its old Florida style. We have this brand new home so close to the beach with great beach views available from the second and third floor. Our neighboring community is Rosemary Beach! You can walk to this area in about 10 minutes. You have the luxury of Rosemary Beach without the high prices for the rental of the homes.
Kids are able to travel to Panama City beach in less than 10 minutes by car. There you will find the new Pier Park which offers you great shopping with designer stores and fabulous restaurants. You have Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and the Back Porch just to name a few. This area also has pizza parlors and Starbucks and many other family restaurants. Less than 5 minutes away are two new grocery stores Publix and Winn Dixie. We are only 10 minute drive from the new International airport in Panama City which opens in May 2010.
This house has was just completed for rental in July 08. This is only our second rental season. Two bikes are available with this house.
If you love to fish you can fish right from the beach in walking distance from the house.
The "Stairway to Heaven" has three levels...
First level-
* Large Queen Bedroom with its own bathtub and shower and very large walk-in closet and flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
* Very Large Master King Bedroom with its own bath with granite and travertine tile, large closets,walk in shower and flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
*Laundry Room large washer and dryer
Second Level-
* Large Bunk room (2 sets of twin bunk beds) with its own bath with granite and stone tile with walk-in shower. TV, large closet space.
*Very large living area off bunk room with couch,chairs, and card table or second dining table. Flat screen TV mounted on the wall.
*Trundle bed twin or full size located in the game room for extra sleeping
-Can also view the Gulf from very large picure window in this room.
Third Level-
The third floor is a very large open dining and living area with beautiful views of the Gulf and sunsets. You can even be napping on the couch and still enjoy the view of the Gulf! You can also enjoy sitting on the covered porch which faces the west perfect for viewing the sunsets, the beach, and ocean views.
*Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops
*Living area with large flat screen TV and DVD player.
The house is equipped with a stereo system that allows music in every room. You can control the volume in all rooms also.
The house has very high vaulted ceilings throughout. All Cypress hardwood floors throughout the house.
With Rosemary Beach being so close, you can enjoy their restaurants and shops. We are also very close to the Villages of Seacrest where you will find more cute shops, more restaurants and the NEW INTERACTIVE FOUNTAIN where the kids can play! For the teenage kids Panama City Beach is less than a 10 minute ride away, by car. We are only 17 miles from the new airport opening in May of 2010 in Panama City.

We are a non-smoking no pets home. We rent to families and to adults over the age of 25.

Why the Owner Chose Inlet Beach
Great beach access and not alot of crowds. Very beautiful sunset views from our porch. We are very close to Rosemary Beach to have access to the great restaurants and shopping without the high cost of their rental rates.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Quiet and pleasant. Beautiful beaches and great views of the Gulf. Great shopping and restaurants with Pier Park just a five minute drive away. Very fine gourmet restaurants within 5 minutes away along with more great shopping on 30A. The beach access is so easy and so close. A 2 minute walk down a back beach road to beach. No heavy traffic.
