You are looking at our Sea Shell Condominium unit #206 Florida home. Our Family is from a small town near Fort Wayne, Indiana. We are located on Siesta Key in Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota is a quiet retirement community that has many snowbirds from the Midwest in the winter, spring breakers in the spring, and vacationers in the summer and fall. Crescent Beach on Siesta Key has been rated one of the 10 best in the world. We have one of the best locations on the beach. You can see from the pictures, it has beautiful white sand and a relaxing atmosphere.

Our unit is a NO SMOKING unit that is fully furnished! The rooms and amenities include:
-KITCHEN: full size refrigerator, microwave, oven and stove, dishwasher, pots, pans, everything you need!
-LARGE LIVING/FAMILY ROOM: with 37" LCD HD TV, DVD, Blu-ray, CD, and 5 recliner seats!
-MASTER BEDROOM: containing a king-size bed, TV, VCR, walk-in closet, a private full bath, and balcony access.
-GUEST BEDROOM: sleeps 4 with both a queen-size and full-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and full bathroom.
-DINING ROOM: comfortably seats 6 and has bar seating attached to the kitchen.
-BEACH VIEW PRIVATE BALCONY: is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. It also contains a small table and chairs, large drying rack for swimsuits, towels, etc.
-FREE WIRELESS:and wired DSL service and approximately 75 cable channels with 4 HBO!

Our condo is within short walking distance (0-300 yards) of a Grocery, Drug Store, Gas Station and Convenience Center, Marina, Shopping, Ice Cream, Fine Dining, and many other places to eat. Boating, Biking, Parasailing and many other rentals and area attractions.

Just 2 hours from Disney World. Tampa, Fort Myers, and Orlando are all targets for day trips. Sarasota Airport (SRQ) 20 minutes, Tampa Airport (TPA) 1 hour 15 minutes. Mayakka River State Park, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, Ringling Mansion, Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armand's Circle, and many, many more local attractions.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only, please. A month for rental purposes consists of 4 full weeks beginning the first Saturday of the month. Absolutely NO SMOKING OR PETS!
