I stayed at this condo in June of 2011. The condo was clean and very well laid out for a family with children. The condo had plenty of sheets, towels, and toys for my children. The kitchen was well stocked and the breakfast bar was great. The owner was wonderful to work with and the residents there were very freindly. My parents rented a place down the street and the residents were not so kind. The pool area and tennis court were well maintained. The beach is across the street easy to access with a car or without. My children also loved the finding nemo theme. I would definitely stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Daytona Shores and the Unit we rented at the Ocean Terrace Club resort. Everything was clean, well maintained and convenient to beach, pool and resturants. The facilites were very secure for anyone with small children. Most of the full-time residents were nice and, looked for conversation with the guests. Our family will probably stay here in future visits to the Daytona area.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo is amazing. Very clean and spacious. The beach is across the street. To the right you can drive on the beach to the left is the no drive beach. This is great if you have children. The beach was not crowded (and we went during spring break). Close to all the main attractions. The owners were wonderful and accomodated our last minute reservation. The pool was not crowded either most of the time we had it all to ourselves. We definitely recommend this condo we have rented others but this one is the best so far!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
