Please email for a total quote. Nov 27 - Nov 30; ADD+ $100/night for Thanksgiving Tax: 13% + $75 Clean-Up Fee Apply to all reservations. Security Deposit Requirements A security deposit is required for all stays; $500 for 1-7 Days, $1,000 for 7+ Days or 5+ people. This security deposit may only be paid with a personal check, and must have enough time to clear before occupancy. Your security deposit will be mailed back to you, minus any damages if any, within 7 business days of check out. Clean Up Fee Requirements For nightly stays a maid service fee will be charged to you bill. The fee is just a fixed $75 regardless of how many nights you visit. For 5 -6 people, there is a flat $200 fee. We will set up an additional Queen size bed and provide the towels, linens, supplies, etc.
