High Speed Wireless Internet. Coin operated Laundromat in building (convenient to unit). Top floor unit - accessible by elevator or stairs. Unit B344 in the center "B" building, about 12 villas in from the beach, but maintains a clear unobstructed ocean view. NO PETS allowed in the complex. NO SMOKING.

We bought and renovated this unit for our own use and only rent it part time.
As such we do not believe you will find another unit at this price with stainless
steel appliances, granite counters, pergo floors, a king bed, etc. - all with
a great ocean view.
