King bed (rare), bunks for the kids, and a Queen sleeper sofa (real spring mattress). Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort boasts an outstanding, family-friendly gated complex with 24-hour security, the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island, ten lighted tennis courts (plus an on-site tennis pro), full service restaurant, convenience store, poolside bar and grill, fitness center, playground, on-site bicycle and skate rental, activities director (seasonal), and more...
Professionally cleaned and maintained - linens provided. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, flatware, etc. Flat screen TV with Cable and DVD, second flat screen TV (in bedroom) with Cable. High Speed Wireless Internet throughout resort. Coin operated Laundromat in building (convenient to unit). Top floor unit - accessible by elevator or stairs. Unit B344 in the center "B" building, about 12 villas in from the beach, but maintains a clear unobstructed ocean view. NO PETS allowed in the complex. NO SMOKING (even on balcony).

We bought and renovated this unit for our own use and only rent it part time.
As such we do not believe you will find another unit at this price with stainless
steel appliances, granite counters, pergo floors, a king bed, etc. - all with
a great ocean view.

My husband and I have used this property twice and each visit has been very enjoyable. Photos do a great job showing exactly what your experience will be. Quality fixtures and a great (very dark) master bedroom w/ king bed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great, well-stocked villa with all the things you need for a great, relaxing weekend away! The kids loved the Bunk Beds and it was so nice having a TV with DVD in the living room and another TV in the bedroom - fewer fights between kids that way! Great location, close to great dining and shopping and Publix/Walmart for stocking up. Super close to the BIG pool and the great beach! We can't wait to go back! Thanks David and Lynn!

The condo was a great addition to our vacation. It was clean, well-decorated, and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the beach, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again!
