If you prefer staying in luxury hotels like the Four Seasons and the Ritz Carlton, you will love this brand new professionally decorated (over 2500 sq feet under air) Tuscan style coach home with its own private elevator in The Enclave neighborhood at Palmira Golf and Country Club. Because of the exclusivity of the community, there is a one month minimum, no weekly rentals.
It sits right on the highly rated Palmira golf course, and it also overlooks the lake, with the best view in all of Palmira! No expense has been spared: solid cherry cabinets and beautiful granite countertops, full granite backsplashes in kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded stainless steel appliances, crown moulding in every room, Robb and Stuckey furniture, fabulous oriental rugs, wooden plantation shutters, the softest Egyptian cotton bed linens and towels, unbelievably comfortable Tempur-pedic mattresses in three of the bedrooms and a special guestroom just for kids, with two sets of bunk beds and video games galore! This room can easily be converted to a study/den as well if you prefer.
The living room includes a large screen TV and includes HBO in addition to all basic cable channels. The Master Bedroom includes three floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake and golf course. The Master Bathroom also features an oversized walk-in shower and a separate oversized bathtub. The Master Suite also has its own walk in closet.
There is a formal dining area with seating for 10-12 guests. The kitchen has been upgraded, and includes a full length granite backsplash, a granite topped island, as well as large wood cabinets, and a round kitchen table that seats 6 guests.
In addition to the master bedroom/master bath and the kids guestroom, there are two other luxury guest rooms, each with their own bathroom, so three couples would be very comfortable staying here. You are 20 minutes door to door from both the airport and the glorious Barefoot Beach, which has recently been named one of the top 10 beaches in the country!
You will enjoy full membership to the Renaissance Center at Palmira, which houses two stunning pools, two restaurants, hot tub and sauna, a gym and two of the nicest bath/changing/shower rooms you'll ever see at a private club! There is also a neighborhood pool down the street with a lovely pool house with a kitchen, which can be used for private parties. We love the close proximity to the new Coconut Point Mall, as well as the high end Outlet Mall, which is just ten minutes away! Palmira is centrally located just 2 miles from I-75, bordering Naples.
