Located on the north end of Toledo Bend Reservoir on the Texas side, the Cottage is 5 miles north of Huxley Bay Marina, 25 miles east of Center, TX, and 18 miles south of Logansport, LA. It is about a one-hour 15 minute drive from Shreveport, LA, one hour from Pendleton Bridge, and 3 ½ hours from Dallas or Houston, TX and Lafayette, LA.
The Cottage has two bedrooms, two baths, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, satellite TV, central air/heat, and a covered porch overlooking the lake. There is a breakfast table for four in the kitchen, a dining table for six in the living area, three stools at the bar, and a table for four on the covered porch. One bedroom has a king-size bed and a single bed, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed, and two single beds. There is also a double bed in the utility room off the kitchen area and a large sofa in the living room. Two covered stalls provide space to park your car or boat, and adjacent to the cottage is a fishing pier and boat ramp for your use. The Cottage accommodates up to ten people and has just about every convenience you have in your home, including a dishwasher, large microwave, washer, dryer, and two refrigerators.
