Gull Reef Beach Club located at 404 Butler Ave, Tybee Island, Ga 31328. Home of Miley Cyrus while she was filming "The Last Song". Beautifully decorated and colorful condo which is completely tiled for easy clean-ups. We are NOT ocean front, but we do have an ocean view. Best family spot on the beach. Our unit is over 1400 sq. ft. of enjoyable living space. Private parking, elevator, on-site restaurant, tiki bar and live entertainment. Owner is licensed realtor in Georgia.

  • What an extremely comfortable home-away-from-home. We spent the month of February 2009 at this condo and found it fully equipped, clean neat and well maintained. Parking was convenient, right in front of the unit door. Although not directly facing the ocean, the balcony was positioned such that we could easily view the ocean without the problem of beach sand being blown in our faces due to the ever-present on-shore breezes. It was a short [less than a block] walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach life-style of Tybee as well as the easy drive to Savannah where we spent a lot of time walking and sightseeing that beautiful historic city. We drove to St Augustine for a few days and Hilton Head was just a day trip away. Restaurants on Tybee were GREAT, especially AJs Dockside (wonderful sunset photos and terrific food and service; the Lighthouse Pizza for good pizza and converstaion with the owner, the Sugar Shack, and best of all for breakfast, The Sunrise Restaurant!! Renting this unit was SIMPLE...easy transaction with the owner. We would higly recommend this unit for a wonderful stay on Tybee and to be so near Savannah. Keith & Barbara

  • we had a great week and everything was real nice. the unit was just what we needed, it was really close to the beach and with two little ones that stayed with us they had room to move. this is a great value
