Very clean A-Frame house one block from swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, and playground. House is just a few blocks from marina area where marina privileges can be arranged. Marina activities include: crabbing, kayaking, canoeing, and boating. Nearby beaches are Cape Henlopen, Rehobeth, Lewes and Dewey. There is plenty of parking for up to five (5) cars. House backs to woods making for calm and quiet atmosphere.

The house has a master bedroom (queen) and small bedroom (double) downstairs as well as full kitchen and large open dining and living room areas. Comfy living room area includes dual-recliner couch, separate recliner, and hammock-style rope chair with ottoman. Washer and Dryer are located on first floor. Upstairs has queen and twin size beds along with full bathroom amenities. This bedroom leads out to a balcony overlooking the back woods. The living room area and upstairs are equipped with cable televisions. Ready for all types of weather with central air and heating.

  • We just got home after spending a week in Lewes, due to our son being in a baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach, in nearby Georgetown. This home was AWSOME. Not only was it clean and comfortable, it was centrally located between Sports At the Beach (SATB) and Rehobeth Beach. We will definitely be back. The O'Connor Family.

  • We had a very good time in this vacation house! Nice and clean and ideal with our small children; house is on quiet street and very close to playground. Location is a close enough to the beaches but far enough to have peace and quiet. Will definetely stay here again!
