This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.
This executive home is fully furnished with luxurious furniture, complimentary internet pc and laser printer, Therapedic queen sized beds, all sheets, towels, basic dishes and cooking utensils, garage and off street parking, telephone, cable and internet, all utilities are paid by the owner.
Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, so commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 6 miles) Sea World 17 miles, Six Flags Fiesta 13 miles is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. It takes me about ten minutes non-rush hour to get to the river center mall.
This is a lovely corner lot with lots of trees and features a 2,000 square foot stone house with a large fenced-in rear yard.
Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath and very formal his and hers dressing room (brand new Queen-sized Therapedic bed), two good sized bedrooms (each with a brand new Queen-sized Therapedic bed) with a luxurious shared bath, formal living and dining rooms (these close off from the rest of the home, perfect for a business meeting or social event away from the den and the family), beautiful family room with television and home office desk, fully furnished and modern kitchen with limited cooking utensils, dishes and glassware, and a garage with an electric door. This home features an in-ground pool maintained by the Owner. The nice grounds are also maintained by the owner.
Due to an overwhelming response to holiday weeks, 123 Pool House is only available for one week minimum stay the weeks and weekends that include the Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday/New Year.

Why the Owner Chose San Antonio
The Pool House was selected as a suitable Vacation Rental Home due to its location, which is in the center of San Antonio. When you look at a map of San Antonio, it appears that the center of the city is downtown, due to the inner and outer beltway loops, but the south and most of the east side of the city are not developed: the center of the city is the airport. The Pool House is in a very centralized location, all destinations such as Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Schlitterbahn Water Park at New Braunfels, are about the same distance from this central location. Downtown and the famous River Walk is six miles and is accessed via Highway 281, which is the downtown expressway from the northern population centers. The neighborhood is older and established, and the streets are quiet and are suitable for walking or biking (many senior citizen neighbors walk the neighborhood daily and are always friendly and smiling about their day). Restaurants, grocers, pharmacies, fast food, are close by and can be accessed by walking. There are two major shopping malls within one mile of the property, one is indoor and the other is outdoor. The Owner, Jim Smith, picked this neighborhood specifically for the Vacation Rental Home business dut to the above factors. This is truly the most central and convenient location to all of San Antonio and what it has to offer.

Your Host, Jim Smith, migrated to San Antonio in 2005 from Washington DC to establish a Vacation Home Rental business. San Antonio was chosen as his city of choice, afer studying and considering other communities around the USA as a place to establish a Vacation Rental Home business. San Antonio was the pick city of choice, since it has a warm climate, and is not subject to many natural disasters such as hurricanes or earthquakes. The South Texas hospitality and the friendly nature of the city were drivers which caused him to select San Antonio.
Jim currently has five homes for rent, and does this as his full time occupation.
