It looks over the lava cliffs of the Poipu shoreline on the southern and sunny side of the island of Kauai. The view from the condo takes in the panorama of the coast all the way down the shoreline to Poipu Beach. The views from the lanai are unbelievable! Spectacular waves, amazing sunsets, turtles, whales and schools of dolphin and porpoise can be sighted while sitting and relaxing, enjoying a meal or your favorite cocktails. As owners we have never eaten a meal inside the unit. From the lanai you are able to enjoy mother nature as she puts on a most amazing show.
The interior of the unit is newly furnished and newly painted. The beds are top quality and newly replaced as well as the Tommy Bahama linens that complete the Master Bedroom.
The unit is fully equipped with just about anything you may desire. A full kitchen is provided should you prefer to just nestle in and prepare your own meals. The unit is equipped with a clothes washer and dryer for your convenience so that you can travel light. Beach towels are provided as well as beach mats. There is also a great barbecue area at the condominium that is shared by all owners and guests. A wonderful swimming pool and hot tub are available at the complex.
As owners we love swimming in the ocean and will often walk 15 minutes from our door to one of the best swimming Beaches in the world. The Poipu beach area has something for everyone. The ocean has carved out a great shallow area for children, a sandy bottomed swimming beach for adults, and some of the best snorkeling on the island. Poipu offers a beautiful white sandy beach if you just love to soak up the atmosphere and sunbathe and then cool off with a quick dip in the ocean. Poipu Beach Park is consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the world.
From the condominium complex you can access a walking path along the cliffs that will provide you with some of the most beautiful scenery on Kauai. Along the way you will discover coves where the turtles come to surf , enjoy amazing cliff formations, encounter monk seals as they sun themselves on the beach, and perhaps even witness a bride and groom as they exchange wedding vows in one of the many exquisite settings.
The Condominium Resort is ideally located in that everything you may want is easily accessible. The Poipu shopping center is just down the street as well as old Koala town. Just minutes from the complex you will find a variety of dining, shopping, golf courses, water sports and any variety of island activity that you may desire.
