There are picnic benches and barbeque grills, with a fitness course, updated restroom facilities and lots of shade. It is minutes from South Beach, Lincoln Road and the exclusive Bal Harbor Shops. Scooter rentals are available near by.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with a wonderful Wolfe gas stove. The 2 master bedrooms have large closets. The living area has a comfy relaxed feel. The property is fenced in with a koi pond and lots of green tropical vegetation. Close enough to all the action on South beach, but far enough to get away and relax in this little oasis.
