The Lighthouse is our beach house located in Treasure Island at San Luis Pass. It is available for monthly, weekly or weekend rental. Our home is on the first row and has a breathtaking ocean view. There is a spacious upper deck to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. Situated on a nicely secluded stretch of the Gulf coast, this area is well-known for its great shell collecting. There is excellent fishing on the nearby lighted, fishing pier, which is just a short walk from our home. This subdivision is a sleepy, restful community with year-round residents and not a party spot.

The kitchen, breakfast area and family room provide a spacious open concept that look out over the ocean with six large windows that offer a wonderful and relaxing view. Catch the beautiful sunrise in the morning from the family room or the deck!

The Lighthouse has three bedrooms, two baths and a loft. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom, while the loft provides extra sleeping room for children. There are beds to accommodate ten (10) people. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has a king size bed. Bedroom #3 has a Bunk Bed set and a futon and the loft has two twin beds.

We have tried to stock our home with the items you will need for a restful vacation and it is well kept and nicely furnished. This is not a typical beach house; it feels like your home away from home!

Low:  Nov 01 - Feb 28 .. $700/weekend .. $1100/week.
$85 Cleaning Fee (Optional). Linen Service (Optional) is available for $12/person.
Security Deposit: $500 Deposit on weekly rentals. $300 Deposit on weekend rentals.
Extra Nights:  Peak - $300/night ... Mid - $250/night ... Low - $225/night.
Holiday and Spring Break rates are an additional $200.

  • The LightHouse was wonderful, there was so much room for everyone. The view was also amazing. There was easy beach access, good fishing, and a nice large deck for plenty of relaxing !! I would recommend it to anyone and can't wait to go back this next summer !

  • We loved staying at the house and truly enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the deck. This is definitely a waterside home with a great view. The inside welcomes you and is decorated with lighthouses. Definitely a keeper on the vacation home list!!
