This Waikoloa Villas one bedroom, one bathroom Condo is newly renovated, featuring ALL NEW kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, light fixtures, three ceiling fans, tile flooring, and carpet. Its spacious lanai opens to the beautifully landscaped grounds of the complex and views extend beyond the green expanse of the ninth fairway, towards many miles of the Kohala coast and gorgeous sunsets on the Big Island of Hawaii.
This roomy Condo is in a quiet setting, undisturbed by traffic noise from the street. The complex features two swimming pools with cabanas. Each pool area features a hot tub and BBQ grill with plenty of shady cover (and only a few yards away from the Condo!).
This location is a golfer's dream. The Villas are situated along the 18 hole Waikoloa Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr., where golf fees are discounted for our guests. Currently our tenant rate is $60/18 holes w/cart. For the avid golfer, there are six other golf courses near by. Two tennis courts on the property may be reserved at no charge.
For shopping, Waikoloa Village is a short five minute walk. It has a very nice grocery store (with a great deli and fresh fish selection), bank, gas station, pharmacy, physician and dentist offices, video rentals, restaurants, and more.
The Villas complex is conveniently located to allow exploring in every direction. World class Hapuna Beach and A-Bay are just 10 minutes away. The Big Island has 11 different climate zones from the ocean to the top of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa, offering a huge variety of things to see and do.
