We are pleased to offer this spacious two-level single family home in Anchorage located midway between the airport and downtown, only 5-10 minutes to each, nestled beside the beautiful Chester Creek Greenbelt with walking/biking trails, streams and lakes. This Anchorage vacation home is a spacious 3400 square foot home with 7 bedrooms, 4 baths that can comfortably sleep up to 20 persons. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample off-street parking, it is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and walking/biking trails.
Wildlife abound in this greenbelt area so you are likely to see moose roaming here, marmots, rabbits, and a variety of birds including eagles soaring. Trails for biking, jogging, walking are at the end of the street.
Located just a short walk to restaurants and shopping, this home is also convenient to the downtown area with restaurants, train terminal, small plane lakeport, and the Anchorage Visitor's Center.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms and two baths. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and slate fireplace with gas logs, flows into the dining room with panoramic south facing windows and deck with BBQ grill.
The entry level of the home has four bedrooms and two baths as well as another family/living areas so that your family can easily relax, stretch out and enjoy the space indoors as well as out.
