Nestled in the spectacular Fraser Valley minutes from Winter Park /Mary Jane Ski Area, this beautifully appointed new two bedroom, two bath condominium provides all the amenities at a very affordable price. The property is nestled in the trees and offers spectacular mountain views from all the windows and balconies! Enjoy 100's of miles of cross-country skiing, snow mobiling in the Winter and hiking, biking trails right outside our front door in the Summer! Free Winter Park Ski Shuttle Bus to and From Ski area available at the Safeway Parking lot!
Our beautifully created master bedroom offers a queen-size pedestal bed and full master bath, TV, and private balcony with views of the mountains. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine and unwind from a day of skiing, snowmobiling, golfing, hiking, biking or sight seeing in our two on site hot tubs.
The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, which accommodates three people. (Top of the line mattress). The bedroom includes TV/VCR. Enjoy the spectacular views from the bedroom windows while reading a favorite novel.
The family room offers a sleeper sofa (sleeps two), a beautiful 42 inch plasma TV located above the fireplace- DVD, Stereo, WI-Fi, movies, board games available. Relax and enjoy a quiet moment on the two private decks that offer beautiful mountain views.
This condo offers stainless steel appliances, features granite counter tops which is a chef's delight. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, utensils, pots ,pans, crock pot, blender, coffee maker and everything you'll need! Everything is brand new down to the forks and knives! The rustic dining room table off the kitchen accommodates up to 6 people. The bar seats an additional three people.
Safeway supermarket is a 2 minute drive from the condo. The ski area is about 2 miles away.Grand Lake and Lake Granby are a 25 minute drive from the Condo There are 100's of miles of cross country skiing, biking and hiking trails right outside the front door and throughout the Grand County area. In addition, there are three world-class Golf Courses nearby including award winning Pole Creek Golf Course and Grand Elk Golf Course minutes away.

We love to relax in the quiet environment of the Colorado Mountains. Our property sits in a wooded area and is very secluded from the town. We love the fact that the grocery, shopping, and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive from our condo.
100's of miles of National Forest trails less than 10 minute walk from the front steps of our condo.

I have spent many a day/night in the beautiful mountains of Colorado & have stayed in all types of lodging, from tents/yurts to the only 5 star dude ranch in our great state. We usually like to never stay in one place twice but w/ this condo & the proximity of Fraser, we plan on staying once or twice every year. The property photos are exactly where you'll be staying(very clean) & the mountains surrounding Fraser are as beuatiful as any in the state. We love to hike & found plenty of trails to explore w/ wildlife. My wife & I were very comfortable so "Two Thumbs Up" for the Cougar property; we plan on going back later this fall.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Thanks so much. We loved every moment here. The condo is very comfortable,clean, and had everything we needed. We found lots to do every day and the kids had a blast! The mountains are gorgeous and we loved the views from the balconies! We hope to return again someday!!

What a great way to wrap up our summer break before school begins again. We had a great time mountain biking up at the Winter Park Resort. We also loved doing the alpine slide, maze, and mini golf. As for restaurant recommendations we all loved Smokin Moe's. This condo was a great place for an amazing vacation. Thanks!!
