Nestled in the spectacular Fraser Valley minutes from Winter Park /Mary Jane Ski Area, this beautifully appointed new two bedroom, two bath condominium provides all the amenities at a very affordable price. Free shuttle service outside the unit takes you to and from the ski area.
Our beautifully created master bedroom offers a queen-size pedestal bed and full master bath, TV, and private balcony with views of the mountains. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine and unwind from a day of skiing or snowmobiling in our two on site hot tubs.
The 2nd bedroom offers a double bed with a single bunk bed on top, which accomodates three people. (Top of the line matresses). The bedroom includes TV/VCR. Enjoy the spectacular views from the bedroom windows while reading a favorite novel.
The family room offers a sleeper sofa (sleeps two), a beautiful 42 inch plasma TV located above the fireplace- DVD, Stereo, WI-Fi, movies, board games available. Relax and enjoy a quiet moment on the two private decks that offer beautiful mountain views.
This condo offers stainless steel appliances, features granite counter tops which is a chef's delight. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, utensils, pots ,pans, crock pot, blender, coffee maker and everything you'll need! Everything is brand new down to the forks and knives! The rustic dining room table off the kitchen accomodates up to 6 people. The bar seats an additional three people.
Safeway supermarket is a 2 minute drive from the condo. The ski area is about 2 miles away. There are 100's of miles of cross country skiing trails, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and numerous summer and winter activities to enjoy.
Included in your rental is FREE full use of the Health Club (minutes from your front door). Amenities include outdoor heated pool (open year -round), massage, hot tub, steam, sauna, tennis, basketball, racquetball and fitness center. In addition, there are three world-class Golf Courses nearby. Take advantage of our close proximity to Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Natural Hot Springs Pools in Hot Sulphur Springs- all within 40 minutes from Condo.
