  It is really convenient! We like to walk in the city and it's within 20 minutes walk to pretty much anywhere within the ring. Subway is very close by. Night market is around the corner for food and drinks. The owner is more than helpful to us to give directions and book tours for us. We stayed in the studio for 8 days. It is very clean and has everything we need. Although it is located close to busy street, during night it was quite and we did not have trouble adjust the jet lag at all. We really had great time and already recommended to our friends!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  We (two adults) stayed in the Studio Apartment on the ground floor for two weeks. The description and the photos matched the contents displayed on-line. The apartment was clean and impeccably furnished. There was ample lighting. The kitchen was well equipped. Fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer worked perfectly. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes to satisfy our needs. The rack of knifes included a sharpener which came in handy. There was enough counter space for cooking purposes. There was also plenty of room for our belongings. The bed was large and comfortable. There is also a fold-down couch for a third person. We used it only for sitting and reading, for which it was very comfortable. The dining table provided ample room for our breakfasts and dinners. The floor-level shower worked very well, as did the other bathroom furnishings. The lighting over the mirror in the bathroom was much appreciated by my wife. One of the light bulbs was out but after a phone call was promptly replaced by the owner. There were no other problems. We were received on our arrival and given a short tour of the apartment with brief explanations. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. With the exception of the early morning deliveries to the grocery store, it was very quiet. The apartment is very close to grocery and household shopping, the subway and other public transportation, and in a perfect location for strolls to the Vienna downtown and its museums. The closeness of the "Naschmarkt" - a very large open market for fish, meat, produce, and bakery goods was very helpful. We shopped there almost daily. We definitely will book there again. We also asked to tour some larger apartments and we will use them when we travel with friends.

  the apartment is great and the service of the realtor is excellent! The market is at the corner an can by fresh food. Kitchen is nice and modern and great closet on the bedroom. Good price for the property.

  Two of us stayed in the studio (kitchen and beds in the same room) on the first floor. Everything looked like new. The atmosphere inside was very nice - warm and not stuffy - although outside was very cold (we visited just after Christmas). The owner was very friendly, helpful and did everything to make our stay problem free. The greatest asset of this place is location. We walked everywhere except Shoenbrunn Palace. It was so nice to be able to get home quickly after late event - restaurant or concert, or to get anywhere you need just walking by the map. Historical Vienna is actually very small, so we crisscrossed it many times and explored all its corners in four days. Well, these were long days, well spent.

  Our family stayed in units 3 and 17 for approx 10 nights from 12/22/12 through 1/1/13 and hated to leave. The units were very clean, well maintained and in an excellent location. Within easy walking distance to the city center and all necessary markets for food and essentials. We cooked many meals in the apartments. Would stay again in a heartbeat and highly recommend these apartments. The landlord was great - booked transportation from and to the airport and was very informative about Vienna.

  This apartment was twice as large as we expected. All of the rooms were very large and well-appointed. the location was near the historic section with a grocery store around the corner. The Voshmgirs live in teh building and are very nice and helpful people. We would recommend this apartment to anyone; it is a great value!

  The building is on the older side, but the location is great - directly next to the Nachmarket and a few minutes to the Ringstrasse. The owner is very helpful. It was great to have AC, even in September, as it was warm in Central Europe all of July. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but it is in major city, so it was nice to run the AC for whitenoise as well as cooling. I would stay there again and recommend it!

  We found the location excellent with the markets very close by and restaurants, subway and central vienna all within easy walking distance. The apartment was in excellent condition and had all the necessary requirements of a self contained apartment. On meeting the daughter in law of the owner she was most helpful and thorough in giving us information on everything that was close at hand, i.e. supermarket, subway, theatres, restaurants etc. Nothing was too much trouble and we were given a map with locations marked in the area and there were also books and guides in the apartment. Our initial instructions for arriving and contacting the owner were a little confusing, but once this was overcome we were welcomed very warmly and the owners were happy to oblige and assist with any requests. We would hightly recommend these apartments and gladly stay if needed in the future.

  The apartment is in a good location - just across from the Naschtmarkt and within walking distance of most major sites in Vienna. The contact person was friendly and helpful. The building is old, but the apartment is spacious and well maintained.

The given rates are valid for 2 persons only in EURO. Additional persons are charged with 20 -25 EUR per person and night depending on the duration of stay!

Children under 3 years stay for free! Baby cot and high chair will be provide for free on request!

Every reservation has to be guaranteed by a valid credit card information (Visa or Master Card)

Additional Fees and Taxes:

There is only one additional 1-time final cleaning fee with 35 EUR. All taxes and service charges are included! Rates are given in EURO.
