  • Off Street Parking: The drive can hold easily 4 vehicles
  • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Anything past 20 feet might have a hard time turning around...but a truck and trailer, no problem

  • Not Suitable for Children: Concrete floors, no railing on the stairs and a decent downhill grade would cause worry in most Moms. If you have a child in age to master all those, they are welcome to come.
