Beautiful Beach Front property in a newer neighborhood in Punta Banda. Wonderful 7 mile sandy beach.
Everything about the house is upscale. Great picture windows to view the nature outside. Located in a bird estuary.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and it's own bathroom with a bath tub, a rarity in Mexico. It also has floor to ceiling windows so you can see the beach. How about a quiet breakfast for two at the cafe table at the window?
The second bedroom is hugh as well (queen bed) and a twin bed and has a great view of the bay.
There is a den which has a twin bed. The living room also has a sofa that converts into a bed. Each room has a TV.
The kitchen is open so you can still get a view of the Ocean and be involved with the people sitting in the living room. It is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher, also unusual in Mexico.
The patio is large and comfortable with lawn chairs, barbeque, and firepit. Just walk beyond it and down the dunes to the beach.
Forced air in the winter-time for heat. WIFI!!!
