Welcome to a restful vacation located in the Village Center Building at the heart of Durango Mountain Resort. Winter is here and the snow is on the ground, so there is no better time to make your reservation than right now.
This two bedroom two bath slopeside condo is truely a one of a kind. Custom handmade furniture throughout and a wonderful slopeside view await you once you arrive. The unit has easy access with no stairs or elevators to navigate with your luggage from the parking area. Our elevated deck provides wonderful views of the ski hill and summer / winter activities. This is truly a mountain lovers paradise with slopeside views from the living room and both master bedrooms.
Almost everything you need is located in the Village Center Building. There is no need to bundle up to head outside for those last minute items. Just walk down stairs in your slippers to pick up your rentals and sign up for ski school. Check out the shops for that new jacket or skis, sign up for a snow cat skiing adventure in the backcountry, or just enjoy a warm drink down at the restaurant and bar. You can even sign your child up for day care while you are out and never leave the warmth of the building until your ready to head out to ski. Just the way a vacation should be unrushed, restful, and with all the comforts of home.

Why the Owner Chose Durango
We purchased the condo at Durango Mountain Resort in 2001. The resort was just getting ready to expand. The condo was quite a mess when we bought it and have the photos to prove it. Two remodels later, we finally have a place we proudly call our own. We started the process of renting it independently in July of 2007. Karen and I manage all of the aspects of the property in an effort to provide you with a truly wonderful one of a kind experience. We hope to see you on the slopes and that you enjoy your visit to Durango, Colorado.
