I rented this beautifully decorated, updated townhome in late September 2011. The owner was very easy to work with! This townhome has been updated. The kitchen is beautiful. The showers have good water pressure. The decks are great! There was plenty of space for our group of five. The access to the beach is perfect - just a few steps & you're on the gorgeous white sandy beach. And, we saw dolphins swimming & jumping every evening! The location is IDEAL - walking distance to restaurants, an Alvin's Island across the street for beach necessities, three miles driving distance from Destin Commons & Silver Sands Outlet Mall. I would DEFINITELY recommend this townhome! I will rent from the owner again!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.
