I stayed here September 10-17. I am so glad that I picked this condo to stay at. It was just a few steps away from the beach, the pictures are exactly how it looks. VERY NICE. Updated with tile floor, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. I love the DECOR of the condo. I love the location and I plan to stay here next year when we come back to Destin! We stayed in this condo last weekend Septemer 30 - Oct 4 and had a ball! The location of the property is perfect so far as grocery store assessibility and restaurants nearby, and we were only steps away from those sugar sand beaches of Destin. The view from the balconey is great! Most mornings we watched dolphins feeding and jumping completely out of the water right in front of our condo and once while in the ocean a big sea turtle swam right past us - he even poked his head up and looked right at my son! Just an awesome trip. We will definitely be back.

We stayed in this condo for two months in the winter of 2010 We found everything to be as it is represented on this site. It is beautifuuly decorated, well equipped & immacuately maintained. Donna is an amazing owner. She is most fair and very prompt to address any concerns that her 'guests' might have. We are disappointed that our circumstances dictate that we are unable to return for the 2011 season.

Very Nice Unit

This condo was very nice and very clean. We have stayed at crystal sands three times now in different units and this unit is by far the best one and the owner is very nice and quick to respond. Beach service is a plus of course when you have kids. The beaches and water looked great with no noticeable oil. This area is also the best place to stay since it is close to the majority of the dining and since it was over the 4th we watched hours of fireworks from the condo. If you are looking for a nice place to stay then this unit is the one. We will definitely be back

This is sadly our last night and we have had a wonderful vacation. Your condo is beautiful! We found everything we needed and more! The view is awesome - I will miss my morning coffee on the balcony. Beach service is great - sure beats lugging chairs and umbrellas! Concerns over the oil spill were quickly dispelled - no oil here as of June 12th. We traveled the area extensively from beaches to the east pass to the bay and the water is clear and beautiful! The Crystal Beach area is, in my opinion, the best place to be and very close to shopping and dining. If you are looking for beach front accomodations, look no further! My family and I had a wonderful time, enjoyed this condo and will be back! Thanks Donna!

My husband and I just returned from staying in this condo for a week and the one word I would say is AMAZING! When I opened the door, my mouth flew open because it was just beautiful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and knowing we had an umbrella and two beach chairs already rented for us was so nice. The bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen area and den were all decorated so nicely. Having a washer and dryer was a nice feature as well. It definitely exceeded all our expectations and we will be returning. You cannot go wrong with this condo and Donna is so nice to work with. Give her a call!

I was hoping to rent the unit this month, but it is booked! We're trying to buy a unit in this comlex and I have done alot of "looking" and your vrbo site looks great! YOur pictures show the condo great and it looks like a GREAT place to stay. Please send me info on being an owner in this complex. Is it hard to keep it rented(I'm sure not in yours - it looks so nice)? Thanks for your help.

This unit is extremely nice, it exceeded our expectations. It is very clean and well equipped. The balcony is directly over the beach. The owner is very nice and easy to work with, our reservations/check in was very easy, no problems. The only request that I would make would be to have a small table and chairs on the balcony for eating. There were only 2 chairs with a sm table between them. No really a problem, but difficult to eat breakfast at them. I would highly recommend this unit.
