Jasmine’s Palace is situated on Sandy Ridge, which is a peaceful community surrounded by lush conservation land in Orlando. Our Florida home is ideally located just 10 minutes from Disney’s front door and only 2 minutes from junction 58 off the I4, where the Champions Gate resort provides 36 holes of golf designed by Greg Norman.
Our (1912 square feet) luxury air-conditioned home is furnished to the highest standard, in a Floridian style. There is a very well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The formal dining area seats 6-8 comfortably and the large family room has vaulted ceilings which give our home a light and airy feel, this room is equipped with cable TV, Hi-fi, DVD, Playstation 3 and wireless internet.
Patio doors lead to the extended deck area with a sun bathed private 30 ft screened pool, 5 person hot tub, child safety fence and luxury padded poolside furniture ideal for relaxing after a swim, and we have ample seating for alfresco dining and a gas grill (BBQ) for your use. The covered lanai provides shade and a ceiling fan for the many sunny Florida days, why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, bath and separate shower, then upstairs there is a further queen size bedroom and two twin bedded rooms and in total our home has 2.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms have TV/DVD combinations.
A games room has been provided for all the family to enjoy with a full size pool table, air hockey and darts.
Why not invite some friends and family along to share the costs, the villa is big enough for two families.
