Vasari Country Club has a magnificent par 72 Championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis and sports 5 tee boxes for all levels of play. For $424 (currently) you may transfer membership and enjoy unlimited use of the golf course for cart fees only ($41). That membership also entitles you to full country club privileges as well as the following amenities: formal and informal dining, private and/or club pools and jacuzzis, Har-tru tennis courts, health/fitness center and state of the art clubhouse that offers various member social activities.
Our first floor unit is 1650 sq. ft. plus lanai and has been tastefully decorated to suit any pallet. It is furnished with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar that overlook the great room and lake view. All windows are covered with neutral plantation shutters to offer as much or as little natural light as desired. The tiled lanai overlooks Lake Vasari and the Clubhouse. This unit is approx. 100 yards from the driving range for those enthusiasts eager to hone their skills. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, a spacious area that will seat 4-6 persons for a comfortable dinner.
The Great Room and all bedrooms have flat screen TV's. A DVD and stereo are also available.
The Master Bedroom features a king bed, his and her walk-in closets, dual sinks, oversized shower with sitting area, and a private commode.
The Guest Bedroom is spacious and contains a queen bed with a full sized closet and dresser. It is next to a full bath and separate laundry room. A privacy door has been added to separate the guest area from the rest of the unit.
The Den has a large sofa with queen sleeper and a computer station with high-speed internet access.
