This 5 bedroom home was finished in 2005, designed to take advantage of one of God's unique creations in these beautiful mountains.The home overlooks a privately owned waterfall and creek, and the owners have built a firepit in the island to be seen from the large decks spanning the back of the house.
The house was designed for families to spread out within, and for grandchildren to spend hours wandering the private little creekside places that run the length of the property outside.
We selected this land because we weren't quite satisfied with mountain-view property that offered no way to use the property except to look out at the mountains, or the lake-side property that often had little access to the lake. This home has access to lake Glenville, a lake 26 miles around,(by private dock about 200 yards from the house), a distant view of the lake, a great view of the on-site waterfall, and land which is wonderfully usable by the whole family. |
