This excellent floor plan with 3,184 square feet of interior living space provides guests with the utmost luxury and privacy. There are rough-hewn beamed ceilings, rustic travertine floors, luxurious designer carpeting, stainless steel appliances, dramatic 8’ high French doors, plantation shutters, draperies and chandeliers throughout the home.
The home has three bedrooms all en-suite, with luxury bed and bath accommodations and large closets, plus a powder room, stand behind wine & cocktail bar and a fabulous great room featuring a 37" flat screen tv, dvd player and am/fm stereo/ cd player.
The house is perfect for entertaining. The formal dining room opens with 8’ high French doors to a stone dining patio that has both mountain peak and lake views. The kitchen has slab granite counters, tumbled onyx splashes, a built in 42" refrigerator/freezer, a breakfast nook with computer desk, and walk-n pantry and opens to a dramatic covered double-arched stone loggia that is furnished as a second outdoor dining room.
The outdoor covered loggia opens to approximately 1800 sq.ft. of patio space, complete with propane barbecue grill, fireplace, chaise lounges for 5 people, three sofas, Moroccan mosaic tile tables and comfortable chairs that overlook the fabulous lake and mountain view over the sexy infinity edge pool. The room looks to sunsets over snow-capped Mt. San Jacinto. The sleeping area has a queen bed with a Swedish memory foam mattress. The closet and linen area lead to a bath with huge shower. Step out from the 8’ high French door to a stone courtyard with bubbling fountain and walls of glass mosaic tiles. This area dedicated to the casita has 2 outdoor chairs and a console table.
Bedroom Two is a smaller room but very charming with luxury hand painted Venetian velvet wall hanging and tasseled glass pendant light. The room has a queen bed and reading area with comfortable chair. The room opens to the stone courtyard and has its own chaise lounge and bench seating. The bath has a tub/shower combo.
The master suite is over 700 sq. ft. and offers spectacular views over the infinity pool and lake. Watch dramatic sunrises or enjoy sparkling night landscape lighting reflecting in the lake from your king size pillow-top bed. The room also has a reading area and dressing vanity. Take a late-night Jacuzzi just steps through the 8’ high French door and across the stone loggia from the master suite. The master bath has a dramatic chandelier and deep soaking tub, a separate tiled shower “room”, toilet room and enormous walk-in closet with leather bench and baby chandeliers.
