This fully furnished condominium is beautifully decorated in soft pastels and natural wicker. Located above your own under-building parking space, it contains approximately 952 square feet of comfortable centrally-heated and cooled living space.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, stereo, DVD/VCR and a 27 inch color TV with cable. Sliding glass doors lead from the spacious living room onto a screened-in balcony that overlooks nature-filled mangrove preserves.
The kitchen offers a complete assortment of appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and garbage disposal. All dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and silverware are adequately furnished.
The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjoining full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall.
You will find a stack washer/dryer behind doors in the hall. All bed and bath linens are also provided.
The tranquil in-ground pool is only a few steps away from your door complete with lounge chairs. Two tennis courts are a short walk from the complex. Villa Santini Plaza is a five-minute walk from the complex offering a full assortment of restaurants and shopping. A four-screen movie theater is within a five-minute walk.
Fort Myers Beach is a barrier island located on the southwest tip of Florida. White, powdery, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters sparkle in the sunshine along the seven mile long island. Gentle gulf breezes provide a mild climate and warm water year-round.
