Ready to relax? This lovely 2100 sq.ft. private home is available for rent on weekends, by the week, and by the month. The home is clean and well maintained. It receives professional lawn and pool care weekly. This plus all utilities, cable TV, and internet are included in the rental price which makes it one of the best bargains in Lakeway. Lakeway, on Lake Travis, is an established resort just 25 minutes from downtown Austin and 30 min from the airport (ABIN) The lakeway air park is also close by.
The home has a very open floor plan with lots of windows and doors to allow opening the house for the nice breeze. There is a fireplace in the living room for those cool evenings in the fall and winter. The large master bedroom has a private dressing area and bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has twins. Each room in the house has full length windows. From the front of the house, you look out and and across the beautiful hill country. From the back of the house, you look out to the pool area and large fenced back yard. No smoking
in the house please.
If boating is your pleasure, you are only five minutes away from the beautiful Lakeway Marina. You may bring your own boat or there is a large selection of water craft available for rent. If golfing is what you are looking for there are several challenging public courses in the area.
In addition enjoy hiking trails, tennis, city park with beach, swimming, and picnic area.
After a day on the lake or 18 holes of golf, enjoy sitting on the wrap-around front porch while viewing the beautiful sunset. Then relax on the large patio area surrounding the pool. There is plenty of room to sun as well as covered area to get into the shade. Enjoy cooking out with choice of large smoker or smaller grill. The back yard is large, fenced, and private. A great place for families or couples to relax, unwind, and enjoy. Many have found they come back for repeat visits to this home.
Remember also the many unique restaurants in Austin and along Lake Travis. Don't miss the new

in 1993. It is our second home and we maintain, manage, and shower it with TLC.

Our family has rented this house many times over the years, and have always found it to be in good condition, well provisioned and very clean. We've been very happy with the location as it is close enough for day trips to Austin, Wimberley, Fredricksburg and many other interesting hill country destinations. The pool has always been clean, and we have spent many hours in the backyard with kids and grandkids. The floor plan of the house is open, and spacious for everyone to be in the kitchen at the same time...playing games, watching TV. We look forward to the next time we will visit Lakeway and stay at our favorite hill country home.

We visited this property this past summer and what an excellent choice! We will definitely be back. The house was clean, spacious and the pool was just perfect. We were close to great restaurants, but the amenities there were great when we cooked. Great house for entertaining. the neighborhood was classy and it was a great place to relax. Thanks a million!

I went with a group of girlfriends this home this past summer 2010. The views were beautiful in the mornings watching the deer as we sat on the front porch. And at night you can see all of the stars which was just stunning. The home had everything we needed and even some board games to play. The pool was just the right size, clean and well maintained. We spent the day on the lake and it was great to be able to come home and have everything there we needed to make a meal. There are great walking trails right out the front door. The girls and I are planning our next trip this coming summer! Hope you have room for us.

I escaped to this beauty for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house has a spacious living area which was perfect for lounging around. The bedrooms were very cozy and the beds were comfortable. The house is well maintained and very clean. It was the perfect distance to Lake Travis and the heart of Austin. I recommend doing some two stepping at the Broken Spoke while you are there. I had a blast and wish I could have stayed longer! I would definitely recommend this gem of a home to my friends and family!

We went up as a group of ladies and visited this home this past summer. It was just perfect for our needs. The views from the front porch are second to none! The deer would come right up into the yard and it was so nice to just sit and enjoy the scenery with a glass of wine. At night you can see all of the stars! The home had everything we needed. All dishes, towels and even some games to play. The pool was just the right size. We spent the day on the lake and it was great to be able to come home and have everything there we needed to make a meal. There are great walking trails right out the front door. We can not wait to go back next year.
