The Property is surrounded by 2,9m high double sided granite walls; the house offers you a unique opportunity to connect your soul with the elements that surround you. The horizon, stars, waves, never looked like this before… The roof has a motorized opening Cupola, also made of glass panels, and has 180 degree view of the neighbouring beach from almost 16m/50ft up, and supraroof has a 360 degree views of mountains, village, and beaches from almost 20m/65ft. high.
Each of the 2 master Suites has almost 2000 sq. ft. / 200m yof pure luxury with a 270 degree view and expansive rounded outdoor balcony with a private spiral stair case to the beach. Each one of these suites has a huge multi person shower and steam room behind a glass wall and a similiarly located Jacuzzi accomodating four people, there are separate eloganted vanities for eatch of 2 people, a separate custom designed dressing closet for man and women, and a private relaxation and breakfast area for each of the 2 special couples who occupy the master suites.
The upper floor master suites are separated from each other by a three story living room surmounted by hemispheric motorized opening etched glass panel cupola with a view of the stars. The house is completed by a huge rounded fully equipped glassed in gymnasium, and an enormous dinning room also with dramatic ocean and pool views, a large fully equipped kitchen, a rounded breakfast room, and miles and miles of granite balconies and patios both interior and exterior alfresco dinning areas. The 2 floors are connected by a 3 station elevator and hand carved Amazonian hardwood staircase.
There are also two guest suites with glass wall facing the ocean, king size bed, private bath and granite floor.
Two independent guest houses each include a living room, a kitchen large enough to eat-in, a breakfast bar, a private bath, a separate bedroom, a 2nd loft bedroom, an outdoor patio and a private bath. There are also two studio apartments with private bath and partial kitchen. They are located on the second floor above the garage.
The property also boasts a 350 000 L / 100 000 gallon in ground negative edged with separate fresh and ocean salt water parts. These are separated by a swim up bar. There is also an underwater connection to swim to the 10 person Jacuzzi.
The property further boasts a Churrasqueira (open air BBQ Grill) large enough to cook an entire lamb or pig. There is also an authentic pizza oven. Alfresco dinning facilities are also present there. The property also contains a regulation size clay tennis court, stables, and exercise ring for 3 horses. There is a 3 car garage and further extensive additional parking. There are, located in the main house, 5 large flat screen TVs, situated in the living room and in every bedroom suite, the same areas and the gymnasium are also air conditioned.The property is accessed by 2 electronally operated gate systems and 2 private access doors to the beach each with electronally operated locks.
Standard accommodation rates include the standard staff (2 Maids, Gardner, and Caretaker). Additional staff is available by request and includes a talented cook available 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., a tennis pro instructor and personal trainer both available hourly, daily or weekly. A driver is available hourly for airport pick ups and drop offs, as well as touring, and sightseeing. By special arrangement, a 6 passanger LAND ROVER Defender is available for rental for this purposes (this is an all-terrain all-weather vehicle) suitable for beach excursions. A dune buggy with driver is also available for more energetic beach excursions. Group or individual riding and scuba lessons also can be arranged to leave directly from the property, and individual horses may be rented by the hour day or week.
Nearby attactions: You can enjoy the nightlife of Fortaleza, a city of 4 million people. located a 45 to 60 min drive from the property depending on the neighbourhood to be accessed. The nightlife of Fortaleza is legendary and the city has hundreds of restaurants, music clubs and night clubs. City activities include some of the and most modern and largest shopping malls in the world, a large and impressive cultural center of hypermodern design, and dozens of cinemas featuring movies in English. More closeby is the pictureasque (pitoresca) city of Cascavel with population of 100.000. It is located 19 km/14 miles from the property. The village of Caponga and it's neighboring Village of Aguas Belas have numerous beachbars (barracas) serving fresh seafood and there are also some boutiques. One of the largest and most exciting water parks in the world called Beach Park is located a 30min drive away and is accessible by highway or during low tide directly by beach excursion vehicle.
The world-famous beach resorts of Morro Branco and Canoa Quebrada are in day-trip range and are also accessible by highway or at low tide by guided beach vehicle excursion.
