This magnificent property situated on 2 acres of beautifully manicured tropical gardens is a comfortable 20 minutes drive from Ubud and nestled in an ancient traditional Balinese Village.

The meandering grounds are beautifully manicured; pathways lead to secret hideaways and offer plenty of shade from the heat of the day.

The entrance to the villa is open plan; shining marble flooring, opulent lighting and a feature staircase lead to a variety of different rooms each full of quality fixtures and furnishings. On the top level of the main residence, there are 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite. Outside the rooms are private little nooks and crannies where you can relax and take in the tree top views that the villa offers. A family entertainment/television room is also situated on this level.

Down stairs there are a variety of areas that allow for dining and relaxation, and a kitchen which is inviting and full of western standard appliances. There is also a PBX phone system that is linked to all of the bedrooms in the main villa and guest wings.

Adjoining the main residence are the afore mentioned guest wings as well as two totally independent guest villas that are in close proximity to the main residence. These have spacious ensuites and small living areas allowing your guests their independence and space.

On the grounds of the property, you will find a generous size pool, Jacuzzi and two bale-bengongs (grass roof Balinese style Gazebos). Mystical misty views in the morning and magical starlit nights are yours for the taking. The four ground floor ensuites include oversized custom terrazo bathtubs surrounded by beautiful Koi ponds to enhance your bathing experience.

Adjacent to the poolside is another entertaining area with a full wet bar, a dining and lounge area and shower facilities, perfect for entertaining in the pool area.

This property was lovingly constructed over a period of five years and until recently the family lived full time in the home. A change of life style now sees them residing overseas.

To make your stay more enjoyable we have a full time live in manager, house and garden staff, a cook to help you prepare your meals, and 24 hour security guard. If you rent the whole estate, breakfast is included for up to 12 people. You will need to do the shopping for any additional snacks or meals and our cook and staff will be happy to help you prepare these meals.

A 7 passenger car with driver is available for rental at $30.00/day + fuel.
