This Village at Greyhawk Condominium #28 is located near the famous Sun Valley Resort in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum Idaho. This 2nd floor unit boasts an amazing view of Bald Mountain. This condo was recently remodeled to include stainless steel appliances, granite counters and knotty alder throughout. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, automatic ice maker and filter water dispenser, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The entertainment center holds a flat screen and BOSE surround sound TV/ DVD/CD system. WiFi was installed recently. The main floor has 2 bedrooms (Qn, 2 twins), each with their own full bathroom. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room. From here there is a great view of the pool and beautiful Bald Mountain. Upstairs is a loft bedroom (Qn bed), with its own full bath and walk-in closet.
A SKIER'S PARADISE-Greyhawk #28 is located across the street from the lifts at the base of Warm Springs. As many of our guests say "you can't beat the location". The walk to the lift, with your ski boots on, is about 90 seconds. After a long day on the slopes relax in the "hot pool" while enjoying the views of Bald Mountain. The apres' ski scene, at Apples Bar and Grill or the Warm Springs Lodge, is just across the street. Our property comes with a heated ski locker in the pool house so there is no need to haul your ski equipment up to the unit. The balcony is stacked with firewood for your use.
SPRING and SUMMER-When the snow has melted Warm Springs continues to be a great location for outdoor adventure. Just out the door is fishing, road biking, mountain biking, hiking, running, swimming (pool on grounds)....Go into town (2 miles) using the bike path or the free KART Bus. Enjoy world class shopping, art galleries and dining.

Why the Owner Chose Ketchum
Sun Valley is a wonderful place. During the winter the skiing on Bald Mt. offers an incredible amount of terrain, from beginner to expert levels. During the spring, summer and fall hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, horse back riding, rafting, shopping, eating and gallery walking are just some of the world class activities offered in Sun Valley.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You can't beat the location of this unit, particularly in the winter. The Challenger Chair that goes straight to the top of the mountain is across the street and down a 1/2 block. The pool in the winter is heated to 104 degrees, basically a huge hot tub. In the summer the pool is heated, cool and refreshing.
Owner's Map of Ketchum
My husband, kids and I bought this condo in 2004 as a vacation property. Three years later we moved to Sun Valley and now live just down the street from this unit. Shortly after our purchase we gutted the interior and used fine materials and appliances to finish it. The location of this property is wonderful. During the summer this area of Ketchum is quiet. There are few cars. This made allowing our kids to be on their bikes/scooters enjoyable. During the winter, skiing is a 90 second walk across the street to the Challenger Chair which takes you directly to the top of Bald Mt.in about 12 minutes. Although we don't stay in this condo any longer we miss it terribly!

This condo could not have had a better view of Mt. Baldy or been in a better location! Minutes within walking distance from the lift & slopes, we also enjoyed the views of the mountain from our living room AND relaxing hot tub. Sipping wine in the 104 degree pool every night after a hard day of skiing was the best! The condo itself was so cozy & comfortable, we chose to eat in a couple nights (many delivery & pickup options!). Also perfect location to downtown, nice restaurants & shops, & the amenities in the condo itself made for one of our best ski trips. New, modern kitchen & snack bar & stool setup were great for cooking breakfast every morning before hitting the slopes; comfy living room with fireplace (wood provided) for all 5 of us; & very nice to have 3 bathrooms & bedrooms to ourselves so sharing was easy. Beautifully decorated & breathtaking surroundings of this condo made this lodging one of our favorites of our ski vacations in many of the mountains out West! We'd go back here in a heartbeat.

Lovely condo! We really enjoyed our stay, Julie was kind enough to provide a port a crib for our 4 month old son. The condo was cozy yet very spacious and allowed us to stay in the loft with our baby and the grandparents in the downstairs bedroom, so they were not bothered by the 1 am feedings! Great location right on the bike path, allowed us a beautiful run 2.5 miles into town , with lovely fall colors along the way. We will return, hopefully next winter to take advantage of the location at the base of the ski lifts.

Great location next to Warm Springs lodge/lift. Condo was very comfortable and the three bedrooms/baths worked perfectly for traveling relatives. Description was spot on.

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable! The accomodations were perfect for our trip. We found so much to do in Sun Valley and after a day of hiking, biking or rafting, it was great coming back to such a comfortable spot. We enjoyed the full kitchen so we could prepare our own meals. The pool was very nice, never crowded. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location! My friends and I always try to find places to stay that are not in the crowded parts of town; this is a great oasis. Thank you Julie for a great first stay in Sun Valley, hope to visit again soon!

My family and I went to Sun Valley for a birthday getaway. We were very happy with the Greyhawk Condo when we arrived! The description matched just as the web site had said. The kids loved staying in the loft. My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom, that also has it's own private entrance if you choose. Three bathrooms was also a plus. The view is also just as shown in the pictures!! The pool was the perfect temperature for relaxing in! We were there during the offseason, so Warm Springs was less than half full! The kitchen also makes it nice if you want to eat at home. Thanks to Julie for making our stay just perfect! Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the condo with our family of 4 and a set of grandparents. It was absolutely wonderful!! We all had very comfy beds and plenty of space to cook, watch movies and relax. The views were wonderful and the condo was convenient to everything! We were mere minutes from all Ketchum/Sun Valley activities. The guide book provided at the condo was so helpful for entertainment, meals, etc.. It was wonderful and we would definately stay again on a return trip! Best value for the money and the owners were wonderful to work with!! Highly recommend!!!

This condo was great for us, we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kids enjoyed the pool and I loved biking into town. The place actually is nicer than the pix look. It was walking distance to the lifts and a couple of local hangouts. Pretty decent price.

Perfect Sun Valley get-away slept four 6'+ guys easily. Condo was spotless exactly as advertised ( maybe better) owner checked in to make sure we were able to get in without any issues. If your considering.. book now before it fills up. Hot tub / Pool was perfect after a long day of skiing.
