Our first family outing and, wow, did we ever pick the right place. Directions were pin point, discription was perfect, condition was immaculet. I definitely reccomend this home to others that want a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

Our family truly enjoyed our long weekend at Three Bears. The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of sitting areas. The game room was great. Beautiful view of the mountains. My 84 year old mom went with us and she didn't want to leave. At first we thought we were too far out from Piegon Forge but found that Veteran Hwy took us right to the shopping areas we like, quickly and without lots of traffic. I would recommend to anyone and hope to stay again next year.

Absolutely breathtaking Cabin....! It is huge with so much room for everyone... we were there with my parents for their 59th anniversary and there were only 7 of us.. but the cabin could have accommodated so many more. We needed a cabin with 2 bedrooms with bathrooms on the main floor so there would be no stairs for my parents and my aunt, who was with us, to climb and this was it...even though the cabin has 3 levels, with their bedrooms/baths on the main level, going up and down to the other levels was their choice and not a have to, which was great.....there was even a ramp going into the cabin instead of steps, which was wonderful...the view of the mountains is beautiful from every level and with the swing and rockers for that morning coffee, it was hard to leave. The guys loved the pool table and the big screen tv and the sooo comfy sectional sofa was perfect for the Alabama Game... ROLL TIDE...!!!! Bill was great to work with, with very quick responses to any questions we had. The location is great with no steep roads or driveways, which is surprising with the view it has. I highly recommend it and we hope to return next year for their 60th anniversary...

The Lodge is beautiful. The view is breathe taking. Our group had a great time at the cabin. Very spacious and the game room on the bottom floor made for very fun evenings. The lodge is very close to activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but very quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

This cabin is awsome! The view is so beautiful especially at night with the moon coming up over the mountains.Bill was fantastic to work with, very accomodating. The location was great, not to close yet only minutes from the parkway,Walmart and Pigeon Forge. The other great thing is easy access,NO STEEP ROADS OR DRIVEWAY HERE!!! We had a full house for a whole week and everyone had a bed and their own bathroom. The cabin is very spacious. We would love to visit again for our next big family vacation. Not one of us wanted to leave. Hope to be back again,Vicki - Carriere,Ms.

We just returned from a 3 night getaway. Our family of 12 absolutely loved your cabin. The location was perfect and very easy to find. It is located within minutes to Tanger Outlet and only 8 to 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge. We were very surprised at all the space we had on each floor and how clean the cabin was. Everyone enjoyed the gameroom and the blue jean couches were a hit for the kids with the big screen tv to play their xbox and wii. The hottub was so relaxing and we loved sitting on the decks and rocking with the beautiful view to look at. We hope to return to your cabin and make more family memories. I would highly recommend this cabin. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cabin!!! The McDowell, Jenkins and Brown Families

Mr. Arnold, We stayed at the 3 Bears Lodge this past weekend and it was more beautiful than the photos or description. It was a perfect set up for the guy’s reunion. You picked the perfect lot to build a cabin. It felt isolated and deep within the woods even though it was part of a subdivision. The amount of windows and the views were magnificent. The floor plan was very serviceable and I could see how it could provide private spaces for three times our party’s number. I just wish we spent more time in it. We will set a date for next year and contact you back, if you will have us as your guests again. This is a very special cabin. Thanks, Jim Pare and the UTK guy’s

We had a large group (10 adults and 8 children) spend Labor Day weekend in the lodge. There was PLENTY of room for all of us. There were enough TV's for the men to watch football, children to watch cartoons or movies and women to watch whatever they wanted to watch. We all enjoyed the game room downstairs! Each bedroom having its own full bath was excellent! The king size beds were also a plus in 4 of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well furnished and large enough for several people to fix a meal without feeling crowded. The lodge was SPOTLESS! The location was off the beating path but close enough to entertainment to keep everyone happy. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They were extremely easy to work with and were very helpful with any questions we had. I would recommend this cabin to any large group or family. It was excellent!

Just spent a week at this cabin with our children and grandchildren (from 2 to 52)! Had a wonderful time. Beautiful views plenty of room (we had a total of 11) very comfortable beds (agreed by all) very close to everything but far enough to have privacy. Pictures do not do this cabin justice. We did everything from Cade Cove, Dollywood, whitewater rafting (outdoor adventures) zip lines, outletmalls, Dixie Stampede etc. Can't wait to go back for a revisit a week is just not eough. Enoyed nightly visits from a family of racoons and spent many hours in the gameroom. Plently of livingrooms to spread out in, just in case someone wanted to watch something different. Would highy recommend this cabin to everyone. Thanks again for lettling our family share your home. (Bill was awsome to work with when it came to renting this place)

If you're looking for a big place for a fun crowd this is the place! We had 9 people, and the four king-size bed equipped bedrooms, plus the bunkroom downstairs, amply provided for us. The game room quickly became the place to be. With snacks on the bar and drinks in the fridge, the kids and adults alike engaged in epic foosball / pool / air hockey tournaments. There is easy access to the Great Smokey Mountains and its hiking trails, as well as Dollywood and Gatlinburg. The best time of the week? Sitting in the hot tub, catching up with old friends, and watching the moon rise over the mountains in the distance.

Thank You so much for letting my family enjoy your cabin. It was more than what we were expecting. The house was big enough for 8 adults and 5 children (with a lot more room to spare). The view was breath-taking from any levels of the cabin and the hot tub very relaxing. Anything that you could possible need was in this cabin. Not only were the owners very accommodating, you could tell they had taken a lot of time and effort to make their cabin feel as close to you to home as possible. We were so close to major attractions (Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, ect.) but away from all the hassle. The only downfall was our week ended too quickly and the pictures don't do this cabin justice. We're already making plans for next year! Thanks

We had a wonderful time at this cabin! We had 8 adults and 8 kids, and had plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the porches, the kitchen had everything we needed (even cookie sheets!), and the kids loved the downstairs game room. The house was near all the tourist stuff, but far enough away for it to be quiet and restful. We are already talking about planning a trip to stay here again!
