Beau Rivage is a luxurious gated home, located on one and a half acres situated in a gently sloping garden overlooking the Caribbean Sea and within a 400 yard walk of Anse du Cap beach. Beau Rivage is part of the Cap Estate development, an exclusive planned community located on the northern side of the island.
The main gate and circular drive takes you to the entrance of the main house, which is tiled throughout with elegant marble tile imported from Turkey. The large entry foyer leads into an expansive open plan living/dining room and kitchen, which opens onto a spacious veranda having ocean and garden views.
Upon arrival at Beau Rivage, you will be greeted by Dwayne and Cecilia, our full-time staff, who look forward to providing for your comfort during your stay. Dwayne is a full time security guard, gardener/maintenance worker who lives in a separate apartment on the premises during your stay. Cecilia is a full time housekeeper/cook. She will provide two meals a day six days a week, as well as provide daily maid service. Both Cecilia and Dwayne will be thrilled to share their wealth of local knowledge during your stay.
Beau Rivage, which was completed in March 2007, consists of a four bedroom main house and a two bedroom guest cottage, located in a lush tropical garden setting built around the pool, swim-up pool bar and spa. The total living space is approximately 6000 square feet.
The living room boasts a large sectional sofa, with a 65 inch screen TV. The surround sound stereo system complements the DVD/CD players and IPOD docking station. With a three-zone speaker control system, guests can play their favorite music in the living room, on the veranda, and at the pool Tiki bar, or even set the mood for a romantic, champagne evening in the spa. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite music to play on the IPOD docking station or the CD player through speakers which have been installed in the main living area, the outdoor deck and pool bar. Access to the owner's DVD/CD/Book library is available to villa guests free of charge.
All of the bedroom/bathroom suites in the main house and cottage are air-conditioned with optional ceiling fans throughout the villa. Central air condition in the main living area, which is normally not necessary, is also available at an additional charge.
The main dining area can seat 10 people and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with two dishwashers, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dual-ovens, wine chiller, five burner electric stove, four burner gas stove and Sub-zero refrigerator.
Guests can enjoy the view and the cool tropical breezes from the spacious veranda which is situated off the dining/living rooms and which overlooks the pool area. This veranda is equipped with comfortable chairs for relaxing and also with two tables where up to 8 persons can enjoy al fresco dining.
In the main house, the three, fully air-conditioned downstairs bedrooms are each furnished with a queen size bed. Each of these bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, and two of these bedrooms have a private patio overlooking the pool.
The master bedroom is situated upstairs from where guests can enjoy a sea view from their private patio. This bedroom is equipped with a 42 inch plasma TV, a DVD player, an IPOD docking station and surround sound system. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, with the finest of Egyptian cotton linen. A spacious walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a large Jacuzzi tub, complete this private romantic haven.
The cottage is located across the garden from the main house. Guests enter the cottage through a large shared patio which opens through separate French doors into two separate air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. Views of the ocean, garden and pool can be seen from the cottage patio.
The attractive pool area has a wide pool deck equipped with 14 loungers for sun worshippers and a charming thatched roof provides shade for the swim-up bar area which is equipped with a sink and ice maker. The 31 foot pool is complemented by a swim up bar with six swim-up bar stools and a spa pool, situated at a higher level. A soothing waterfall overflows into the main pool from the spa.
Guests at Beau Rivage are provided with two passes to the gym at the world renowned Oasis Spa located at the Le Sport Hotel situated just a few minutes walk from the villa. These two passes, which are under the name of the villa, can be used daily by any two guests at a time throughout their stay. Treatments at the spa such as massage, facials, etc can be arranged for an additional charge. Arrangements to use the owner's private gym, located on the premises adjacent to the pool, can also be made for a small additional charge.

Why the Owner Chose Cap Estate
As former U.S. diplomats assigned to the Caribbean, my husband and I had the luxury of traveling on business and vacation to almost every Caribbean nation/territory throughout the Caribbean. As a result of this experience, we found St. Lucia (a former British territory which is now an independent nation) to be one of the most beautiful Caribbean islands. As Oprah Winfrey once said, St. Lucia is one of the 10 places everyone must visit before they die. Once you visit this beautiful island nation, you will know why St. Lucia has been consecutively designated for years as the number one honeymoon destination in the Caribbean. It is truly a very unique and romantic island paradise.

My husband, Dave, and I were married in Jamaica 24 years ago and have been traveling/sailing throughout the Caribbean ever since. Then, in 2001, we were posted as U.S. diplomats at the U.S. Embassy in Bridgetown Barbados where we lived and worked throughout the Caribbean for six years. During this time, we kept our 41 ft. sailboat at Rodney Bay Marina in St. Lucia, one of the best marinas in the Caribbean, and fell in love with St. Lucia; and the sailing, hiking, diving, golfing, and natural beauty of this island nation. In 2004, we purchased land in St. Lucia and began building our lovely dream villa from the ground up. Our villa was completed in March 2007, and it is absolutely fabulous, actually better than we ever dreamed. We rent the villa for no more than 26 weeks per year, and I live there the rest of the time, personally ensuring that our villa is impeccably maintained. We hope you will love the villa as much as we both do. It is a terrific Caribbean getaway which has lots of activities for all ages. Wonderful Christmas in Paradise! "Eleven of us to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and Christmas in Paradise. Two grandparents, two sons and their wives, and five grandchildren. Fun had by all. Sailing, Ziplining, horseback riding, and lots of good food and drink. The villa worked out great for us - Cecilia, Dwayne, Fedora, and Kris were wonderful. Would come back in a heart beat!!! St. Lucia is a great mix of beach, mountain,ocean and rainforest. The people, cuisine and scenery are amazing

Oh wow. What a beautiful home!! Absolutely gorgeous! Everything I had hoped it would be. Myself and 12 others stayed here for my wedding that took place in St. Lucia. From the beginning, everything went flawless. From the communications with the owners and managers, and even up to the stay! All rooms are excellent.. There is not a single bad room in this house!! The view is spectacular and found it to be in a great location for many excursions and cab transfers! The cooks prepared delicious meals and were willing to work with all of our pick-i-ness!! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a get-away.. and also a perfect place for guests to stay for yoru wedding!!! Very reasonable compared to local all inclusive resorts..plus more privacy and more elegance!!! Thanks for making our stay so memorable!!

Beau Rivage was all that we could have asked for and more! Even before our arrival, the owner, Sue, was more than helpful with coordinating and suggestions for our stay. She was ready and willing to answer any question we had. We came to Beau Rivage to celebrate our wedding anniversary, with kids in tow. We all had a fabulous stay! The house and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Cecilia made us excellent meals and took great care of us, as did our property manager, Kris. Kris was very helpful in planning our week and suggesting restaurants. She booked a morning of zip lining in the rainforest, something we will always remember! Our family really enjoyed lots of pool time in this beautiful, private setting. What a treat it was to stay there! We hope to come visit again, this time with another family, as the spacious layout would have accomodated us well.

Six couples from California to Massachusetts, gathering at Beau Rivage for some sun, fun, adventure, laughter and great memories. A trip of a lifetime! The villa was as beautiful as the pictures depicted. Very spacious, well thought-out design. Twelve people in one home, could have been a tad much, but, the house was quite large and spread-out that we were never on top of each other. The rooms were beautiful, large and every room had a bathroom-HEAVEN! The pool is to die for with the swim-up-Tiki Bar, the hit of the trip and the Jacuzzi over-looking the pool, a nice way to end the day. Another nice little surprise, the villa also had a gym, not that I used it, but to think if I actually wanted to while on vacation, I could, was just as nice. The entire staff, from day one of booking the trip one year ago (Kris and Sue, the Owner) were so informative and accommodating, always getting back to me immediately. Once we were there, Cecelia, Fedora and Dwayne, were so gracious. The food was amazing, you must have her prepare fresh Mahi Mahi (my mouth is watering as I’m typing). Susan, the Owner, went above and beyond what you would expect of an Owner. She was hands-on from day one of planning this trip, which made my life so much easier in trying to plan it for 12. She was beyond helpful in recommending excursions, places to eat, she even went as far as calling me one Sunday from Barbados, talking to me for almost an hour, to go over the entire island and what she thought we would like and organized a sailboat trip to the Pitons for the 12 of us (a must-do when on the island). Another must-do….zip lining through the rain forest, and booking “George” as your driver for the week. Such a sweet man, born and raised on the island, he knows everything there is to know, and he and his staff were always accommodating and on time. We spent a perfect week at Beau Rivage. We were met at the airport and promptly driven to the villa where Kris the property manager was waiting. She gave us detais of the the area with a comprehensive list of things to do, and a tour of the villa, If we needed something we called Kris. She booked our tours for us(try the zip line) Meanwhile Cecelia cooked local dishes which were outstanding (fresh fish caught that morning)The week could not have turned out any better. Will be saving to go back Neil

I celebrated my 40th Birthday will 11 of my closet friends at Beau Rivage. The house was beautiful and the pool deck area was perfect for lounging & relaxing poolside. It accomodated our whole group with no problem which is a rare find on the island. The pool bar and hot tub was another excellant perk! The owner & property manager were wonderful during the entire planning preparations and during our stay. All of our questions were answered and they were so helpful the week we were there. Cecila & staff were awesome and the food was fantastic! They made sure that each and every lady had a wonderful time & a trip of a life time. I would definitely recommend Beau Rivage and anxiously await returning with my family one day.

Recently spent a wonderful week at Beau Rivage. The pictures give a good description of the house which is very large and excellent for a large family group or multiple friends. The manager was very efficient and helpful even telling us to call during the night for emergencies. She even brought us spaghetti for supper the first night (when we were too tired to go out.) The house and grounds are well laid out and very clean. Cecelia and Fedora do an excellent job of taking care of the kitchen and house and are very friendly. The owner of the villa was most helpful in answering all my many questions ahead of time and helping us to look forward to our upcoming trip. The kitchen is well appointed and large and you can have Cecelia cook for you or do some of it yourselves. We found the outside porch to be very relaxing and an excellent place to read as it looked out over the swimming pool and ocean. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub daily. About 10 min. drive away is Rodney Bay where there are large supermarkets and many restaurants. Also near-by are nice beaches. We visited 2 of them and the kids really enjoyed them. I would highly recommend this villa for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Thanks so much all of you!!

We have been here for almost 2 weeks and can only say that Beau Rivage is a slice of heaven. Cecelia, Fedora and the rest of the friendly staff have taken superb care of us. The food is terrific, the sights fantastic, the zip-line...scary. So much to see...so little time. Come to find your peace and tranquility here!!!!
