Very clean vacation rental just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Rio Grande National Forest. Cross country ski or ride your atv, mountain bike or snowmobile right out the back door. Drive 10 minutes to trout fishing, golfing and restaurants. Drive 20 minutes to the Wolf Creek ski area. Available activities are too extensive to list.
Two decks for barbecues, sunrises and sunsets. Master bedroom is a loft, guest bedroom is downstairs. Sofa/sleeper accommodates 1-2. Woodburning fireplace inside and large fire pit outside. Full kitchen and laundry with quality appliances.
Easy access from Highway 160 on County maintained roads. Terrific location to use as your base camp when exploring the San Juan Mountains.
