WELCOME to our spacious luxury 5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms executive villa, which is elegantly furnished, fully equipped and air-conditioned throughout, to offer an exceptionally high quality vacation home.
It is located in the peaceful exclusive golfing community of Highlands Reserve (off Hwy 27) and is a perfect base for visiting Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Florida golf courses and many more attractions.
The large private pool and spa is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sun.
The walk round the Highlands Reserve community is gorgeous as the area is totally landscaped.
It is on Highway 27, which is only a few minutes from Interstate 4.
Our Villa will make your holiday special. It offers you fabulous accommodation for up to 10 people.
On the ground floor is a: spacious hallway; beautifully elegant lounge; large dining table; breakfast nook; huge kitchen with oven/ microwave/ dishwasher/ American fridge with ice maker/ central island work unit; practical family room with THREE sofa’s so you can all sit down; laundry room with washer/ dryer/ iron etc; 2nd master bedroom with queen bed and bathroom next door; large garage.
On the 1st floor is a: master bedroom with king bed/ luxury bathroom ensuite with whirlpool bath and HUGE walk in shower; 2 twin rooms with a Disney and a golf theme; a queen bed room in a flower theme; a desk area on the landing; a 3rd bathroom.
There is cable TV, DVD, a phone for free local calls, internet broadband access, walk in closets and many other features.
Our beautiful pool can be heated on request and has an integral spa pool / Jacuzzi. The deck has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and sun loungers. The pool screening is great for keeping the flies off you while you are soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Our Villa has a NO SMOKING policy in the house itself but you may outside.
Also NO PETS UNLESS ENQUIRING FIRST (if you do need to bring your small pet with you, check with us first before you book. We suffer from asthma, but you may be able to bring your little pet with certain restrictions and regulations for an additional charge – just check with us).
