Enjoyed a 10 night stay here. The house is very comfortable and pet friendly. We enjoyed walking to the beach with our dog Lili every morning. Right on 30A so you get to be close to all the places along the way. Great time and hope to come back.

Thanks Joe and family for sharing your beautiful home with us--eight adults, one baby, two doggies! The house is so roomy and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. We loved the "nature trail" to the private beach and also Blue Mountain Beach - so convenient! We would recommend Egret's Landing to any extended family looking for a quiet area close to restaurants and shops. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time during our vacation. We had five adults, five kids, and a dog. There was plenty of room. The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. We especially liked being out of the hustle and bustle of Destin, but it was just a short drive to shopping and entertainment. The owner is great to work with. We would highly recommend the house and the location.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We recently stayed a week at this wonderful property. We had 8 adults and 1 dog. Four bedrooms and four bathes worked out perfectly. The home is fully equipped with everything you need to fix a quick lunch or fabulous dinner. Not only is the property clean and well maintained it is finished out with top of the line furnishings. Our parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and this was a perfect location. The beach was nearby and easily accessible. We rented bikes and rode to Grayton and Seaside almost daily. The path along 30A (which is just outside the neighborhood) makes walking, jogging, and bike riding very easy. No worrying about being in the traffic. There is a brand new Publix located nearby as well. We definitely recommend this property. Be sure and visit the Red Bar Restaurant and the cute shops in Seaside.

Christmas at the Beach

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. We had five adults and one dog with us. We had plenty of room; having four bathrooms was especially nice. It was cold the first part of our stay, but we still walked to the beach and had a great time. Very convenient location to shopping, beach, grocery store. The owner was very easy to deal with and helpful. Getting away at Christmas may be our new family tradition!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the great house and fantastic beaches! It was a perfect time of year to go - not crowded and still very warm! We had a total of 5 adults and 4 children (ages 5,3,2,1) and had plenty of room in the house for all. Very close to the pool and a very do-able walk to the beach, either the private access or the close-by public Blue Mountain Beach. The house was clean and the owners were very helpful and friendly! Thank you again for letting us stay at your home. It was our first time to the area and will definitely not be our last!

Excellent experience!! Home was wonderful and enough room for entire family. Would highly recommend. The beach access is a walk but an easy, scenic walk to a secluded, private beach.

We had a very enjoyable time here. We came in October and had wonderful weather. I had never stayed out side of Seaside. Everything is a close drive and the you cannot beat the price. We would highly recommend it!

This was a wonderful home. Everything was as we expected it. We had a wonderful time. It was a great location...close to the pool...and had all the eminities that anyone could ask for. Owner was great to work with. The master suite is great...and home was very affordable. We would recommend this to any family. We took our two boys and their families...they loved the private access to the beach, the pool and workout room. We loved the access to the high traffic of Destin but the quietness and seclusion of the Grayton Beach area. Great place for multi-families to rent in the area for a family reunion as we did...had 60 in all in 6 homes. But house was quality plus...and kid friendly with the laminate floors. Had a great week!
